Please do not waste your hard earned money on this hotel. You will be very disappointed. We have just spent a fortnight at this hotel. Every morning in the hotel lobby it has plenty of people trying to sell you tours. They are very persistent and don't like being told no. The hotel rooms are very outdated and tired. The bedding top cover does not fit a double bed. The only good thing about the room was that our maid was perfect. There is 3 main lifts and in 2 weeks only 2 of them were working out of the 12 days. The food. Lunch times is the same food every day no difference or variety. If you don't eat it at lunch it will be repurposed for the evening meal. The food was also mainly swilling in oil. See photos attached to this post. Not pleasant at all. Some meats also raw. One night there was meatballs they were raw. I told the chef and they never took them off. They left them on for other customers to eat. The cheese selection was all white cheese. But you have to ask for cheddar if you wanted it. The waiters are all idle and you have to set your own table if you go in late. I suffer with hand and arm tremors and not one waiter offered to carry anything for me. They like to stand in groups and talk. The only people who do any work are the bar staff. The girls would carry our drinks to the tables for me and my wife. We never saw a chicken leg in 14 days. It's always chicken wings. No variety of fish or seafood. We was told by another holiday maker that prawns had been out for the first half an hour of the restaurant being open and wasn't replenished for the guest that ate later on. I spoke to Mr Jennar and he said we could have prawns every day and I said it needed to be for every guest, not just me and the wife. The next night there was prawns available for the entire evening meal time. One lunch time there was beef liver and then night time meal the same day there was more liver. If you like liver and chicken wings this is the place for you. This hotel is supposed to be 5* and we have stayed in Turkey may times and this hotel is nothing more than a 3. We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and we wanted to come back. We now wished we hadn't as it has gone down hill massively compared to what it used to be.

Unforgetable holiday

Working as a hotel guide in Alanya 10 years ago, I have an opportunity to visit many hotels, but 'Diamond Hill' was always my favourite among the city hotels. That is why I come to this hotel as turist 6 years in row. Why? Because for money I pay I get maximum of value. First of all, the staff is very friendly and try to help in any occasion. Starting from recepcionists, housekeepers, beach workers, waiters in restaurant.... Especially general manager Mr. Huseyin and Mrs. Havva who treat us as a family. Hotel is very clean, last winter renovated with modern bathrooms. The rooms are very confortable and daily cleaned. Food is very tasty with large selection of dishes, fruits and deserts. This hotel has the best beach cleaned of stones. Animation team is also amasing with daily program for children and adults. Every night there is special show time with interesting program. Every time when I come to this hotel with my family we spend unforgetable holiday. I highly recommend 'DIAMOND HILL'!

An Unforgettable Family Vacation at Diamond Hill Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hill Hotel in Alanya and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, cleaned daily, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the very first day. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh dishes every day, so everyone in our family found something they loved. The pool was clean, the beach was beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and children. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, creating a fun and lively atmosphere throughout the day and evening. We made wonderful memories and truly felt relaxed and cared for. We would like to thank the entire Diamond Hill Hotel team for making our holiday so special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and unforgettable vacation in Alanya. We hope to come back again soon! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5 Star Holiday

This was the first time I visited Alanya and this hotel. I stayed 14 days. This was really 5 star holiday. Room was spacious and very clean with landscape view and side sea view. There was a plenty of various super delicious food. Beach is nice and clean. It could be a bit bigger so there is more space between sunbeds. Spa center is amazing. I highly recommend hammam and all types of massage. Hotel staff is great, polite and very professional. I really enjoyed my staying here. Dear people from Diamond Hill hotel, thank you so much for your hospitality and for doing job 🥰 !!!
