Great hotel break

Brilliant week here on a family holiday in April. One of the few hotels in bodrum with a pool open at this time of year! The staff were brilliant & couldn’t have been any more helpful. Mushik at reception in particular was excellent. The hotel itself is really nice & in a great location. The views over the bay are stunning. The pool area is really nice & a great place to hang out during the day. It’s got a good gym & spa also. The food is ok, breakfast, lunch & the downstairs snack bar were good but we grew tired of the evening buffet and ate out quite a bit. Drinks were good & the service was fantastic. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Diamond of bodrum April 2025. The hotel was clean and the food was decent, what you would expect from an all inclusive. Drinks and cocktails were good quality and the beer was cold. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Burhan who is a great guy. I would come back again, off season is not too busy.

A cheeky 5 nights away

Just returned from 5 nights all inclusive at this Hotel. We are all a bit skeptical about our stay prior to arriving after reading some of the other reviews but our minds where quickly changed. We travelled in our car and on arrival to the hotel, a lovely man greeted us and took our cases to reception and then he parked our car in their parking area, when we wanted it again we can him the ticket and he brought the car back to us, couldnt be easier. Reception staff were very welcoming, check in was fast and we was able to have lunch their, even though the check in time was 2pm. Food - Turkish breakfast:- tomato, cheese, cucumber, cheese etc. Also omelettes and like toasties cooked to order which is just outside the restaurant on the pool area. There's boiled, scramble, fried egg. Fresh bread and also soup which is delicious for breakfast. Lunch / evening meal - again lots of salads, chicken, beef dishes. Moussaka, Chips, Wedges, etc. A lot of choice. Staff in the restaurant, very helpful and pleasant. Ararat, one of the waiters was lovely, very nice guy. He served on our table every day. Snack bar looks good, although we didn't have anything there other than ice cream, the pizzas and pasta looks good. The pool area lovely. Indoor pool was cold so only risked a foot. Health Spa is definitely a must at the start of your holiday. So relaxing and the two ladies where lovely. Bar staff, very welcoming. We had a giggle with them. Nice Girls. Rooms - very clean, small balcony. My only gripe is the bed is so hard and very uncomfy for me but my husband slept like a log. Overall, the hotel was a great place for us to stay right on sea front, nice stroll into the marina, about 5 mins walk. Nice little shops and bars on the way down. The Hotel was very very clean. Word of warning, be careful if you want to book trips, there are a couple of agents that come into the hotel but there prices are alot higher, go and check the travel agents on the walk to the marina area, there are a few there and get prices to compare. You can book boat trips at the marina direct with the boats, will be alot cheaper. Have a good holiday

Great location staff TERRIBLE restaurant management

I am Turkish resident in the UK. I have been to many locations in Türkiye and this was the worst experience. As others have observed the location is 5* BUT if this was your first experience of Türkiye you could not be blamed in thinking never again. The staff, as always, are very friendly, helpful but that's where it ended. Location and staff great Rooms had multiple broken missing items. The restaurant was by far the most disappointing thing. The food was cheap, poor quality and not at all representative of the delicious cuisine you would expect. It would seem the management is not interested in return guests. Pity. Don't let this out you off Türkiye offers great weather and value, we are about to book our 9th trip.
