Ideal location.

Ideally located for a first timers trip to Zakynthos. From here you can easily walk to the main sights in town, the Venetian castle on the hill with super views or walk to the bus station to catch a bus to explore. Fantastic staff, all very helpful. We found the balcony of our room very small. Could only fit one chair & small table in. But as it was just a base for our holiday, that was fine. There is an excellent roof top bar & small pool which is super. Fantastic view of port & beyond. Robes & slippers provided. Breakfast started well at the beginning of the week, but we found the quality sadly went down in the last few days. Butter was going off & yoghurt was iffy. However, there was always alternatives which was fine. Would stay here again but not with the breakfast option.

Very small room, a single sized room with a double bed in it. Small balcony with one chair as two wouldn’t fit, as we stayed as 2 people couldn’t use this. On day 3 sheets were changed to plastic coverings so had to remove. Not 4 star.

The staff are so hard working, helpful and friendly. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. Big shout out to the day time barman who makes the best Mojitos in the whole of Zante. We stayed with our grown up children and had no complaints what so ever. Breakfasts are lovely and a good opportunity to try some local food. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

Staff are amazing but the hotel is not 4 star.

The staff at this hotel are really hard working and attentive. Rooms are serviced daily. Pool towels changed every three days. The bar staff never stop and are on the go from dawn too dusk. The food is basic a lot of pork. Would prefer to see more Greek food and seafood on the menu. The food does get a bit repetitive after a few days but this is the case with most All Inclusives. The soft drinks are made from syrup and were often flat. The beer was a refreshing 3.5% lager and the local spirits were drinkable. Don’t expect branded international spirits and mixers. Poolside was kept very clean and tidy. There’s a number of cats lurking about that the hotel seems to look after but they don’t cause any bother and will usually just be found sleeping in the bushes. Some of the nighttime entertainment wasn’t our scene karaoke etc. by the pool which was very loud in our room. Our room was basic and clean but the bathroom was tired and had a drain in the middle of the flood which often overflowed. I am told it’s in the process of being refurbished. The staff at this hotel were really good and hard working, that said this hotel is definately not 4 star. I would say 2-3star but it’s perfectly adequate for a weeks stay.
