Diana Palace Hotel Zakynthos

we just left the hotel after 7 days of wonderful vacation. we had the all inclusive service and I can say that everything was at the highest level. The hotel deserves 5 stars primarily because of the entire staff led by the manager Achilles who was always there for us. Because of everything from my family 5/5.

From arriving to living all the staff and a special shout out for the boss man who welcomed us, the bar man and Lynn the cleaner from Thailand. We were made to feel welcome, and they definitely love their job. It was really relaxing and no noise after 1130, if you just wanted to chill in your room. The food was good always something to eat. Our room was cleaned daily.Overall i recomend and its definetly worth the 3 star plus.

First of all we had such a warm welcome from the reception staff and check in was simple. We arrived early, and told that we would be found when our room was ready. At 1:30 Kelly from reception found us in the restaurant to tell us that our room was ready and to come once we had finished. This was such a lovely touch and made us feel really valued. Kelly then guided us to our room and gave us plenty of information about the hotel. Please be advised that the room tax can only be paid in cash, we only had card so had to withdraw cash in the ATM, the ATM has the worst exchange rate and you have to pay €4.95 to withdraw money. I would like to thank Kelly at reception for being so lovely, she was always smiling and gives a really good impression of the hotel. I would also like to thank leandro for helping us with our suitcases, he was really kind. The room was absolutely spotless, it was very modern and the private pool was the perfect upgrade. I definitely recommend paying that little more for the pool if you can as it really made our stay. The main pool does get very busy and it is quite crowded. The restaurant was also very clean, the staff in there were so lovely, always smiling and saying hello, you can tell how each member of staff really enjoy their jobs, which is so rare to see in a hotel. The food was good, we had something to eat for every meal and the air con was perfect. On the downside, you have to pay for cocktails after 6pm, which is a shame even as all inclusive. You can still have alcoholic drinks, just not the cocktails. Overall our stay was perfect, the hotel is gorgeous and the staff are amazing, I highly recommend Diana Palace Hotel, and I really hope I can return one day, thank you.

We had a lovely 10 days at the Diana Palace. The staff are friendly and helpful, and kept spotless by the cleaning staff. Special mention to Elena who organised activities, she was encouraging and got people involved. Also Anka in the bar who remembered everyone’s drink orders. There was always a good choice of food, we usually eat out a few times as we don’t like the choices but this was not the case here. We stayed in a junior suite which had aircon included but the standard rooms did not have constant aircon unless you pay for it which is in the very small print so will be disappointing for people checking in. Also the charge for the safe was high, usually it’s a token amount with a deposit if it’s a key safe. And yet they don’t charge for pool towels. The sunbeds round the main pool were really close together, we stayed round the small pool so didn’t have a problem. The hotel is well situated for bars and shops although the pavements are broken so wear flat shoes!
