Diana Palace Hotel Zakynthos

Amazing hotel, we wanted a relaxing week and that’s what we got. Food was great, pool was great, room was amazing and the bed and the pillows are the best we’ve slept on abroad. The staff are a credit to the hotel from the reception staff to the restaurant and bar staff they are so friendly and helpful. Entertainment was great and always something to do if you want to. We will definitely be back, thanks for a great holiday- Kath and John

2nd time here. The place had had a little refurb. I came again because it’s a nice relatively small, safe, clean hotel and good value for money. The staff work incredibly hard all day and evening. From the entertainment lady Elana and the bar staff to the cleaners and waiters. You don’t have to dress up for the eating area and I always thought that was a super choice of food to suit all and all good quality. Never had a problem getting a bed, can get spare towels from the spa. I had a pedicure there for 40€. Highly recommend this place.

Had a great time staff were amazing from the cleaning staff to the reception and waiting staff and bar staff we had our 16-month-old with us and the staff all kept her entertained played with her gave her lots of cuddles it was a great hotel island is beautiful

Hotel was very welcoming and in a good central location. We were given a warm welcome as soon as we arrived and handed a welcome drink. (Soft drink - nice touch) the welcome was genuine and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and as folk say the barman is top notch. We were all inclusive - I enjoyed most of the food and the beer was decent. Pretty expensive though for some drinks that were not included about 8.50 for a dissarano. Pint of beer outside the hotel roughly 5 euro. The rooms were okay although a little dated. The rooms were cleaned almost every day and fresh towels provided. You can borrow pool towels from the spa. The pools were clean and well maintained. Entertainment was okay quite a bit of karaoke though. Not much if anything for kids to do or maybe I just never noticed. Some adult entertainment through the day - net football and pool games. Not much to do at this resort. No real beach - pavements are almost non existent if you had a pram or wheelchair. Obviously no fault of the hotel. Hired a car a couple if days 35 - 40 euros- quadbikes are about 35 euros as well - wouldn't recommend them. Some stunning beaches in the area only 20 minutes away by car. Take a picnic blanket as they attempt to charge you 30 euros for a sunbed. Hotel charges 70 euros tourist tax per room - pretty steep but yet again not hotels fault. 35 euros for safe pretty expensive. Extra 10 euros a day if you wish to keep air con on - can all add up pretty quickly. Found Greece considerably more expensive than Spain but wouldn't put me off going back as lovely country and genuine friendly people make it worthwhile. If I was going back to Zante I would happily stay at the Diana Palace. As usual few sad people up early to bag sunbeds.

Diana palace what can I say brilliant as always Stathis the best bar man as always. Ellonor is just brilliant, Katie on reception so funny singing to hubby everyday. All staff fantastic. Can not fault this hotel at all. Will be back again 2026
