Disney's Coronado Springs Resort

I’ve always believed Disney World was the most magical place on Earth—but after my recent stay, I know it. What started as a dream vacation turned into an absolute panic the moment I landed—I lost my phone at the airport. That phone had everything: my Google Wallet with all my cards, all my reservation confirmations, my email access—you name it. I was stranded, stressed, and unsure how I’d even check in, let alone enjoy the experience my son and I had been looking forward to. Enter the real-life heroes of this story: Matt, Juan, Mike and Emily from the resort staff. From the very beginning, they stepped up in ways I never could’ve imagined. They didn’t just offer help—they took charge, making me feel safe, supported, and somehow even optimistic. They worked tirelessly to help me recover my plans and offered the kind of assistance you rarely see anywhere else. And when it came time to check the airport’s lost and found? They personally arranged and paid for multiple taxi trips so I could get there and back. Yes—you read that right. They paid for it. And here’s the best part: thanks to their unwavering help, I finally found my phone! I was able to access everything again, and just like that—my holiday was saved. Because of their compassion, resourcefulness, and incredible Disney spirit, I didn’t just recover my trip—I ended up having the magical vacation I came for. They turned what could’ve been a nightmare into one of the most heartwarming, memorable parts of my Disney experience. Matt, Juan, Mike and Emily —thank you. You are the magic. Disney is lucky to have you, and so was I.

Lovely resort, very clean and well kept, pools good for kids, main pool is roughly between 1.1-1.4metres deep, rooms spacious, comfy beds, clean rooms, fan in bathroom noisy, water not the warmest for a shower. Food is not the best and it is the same EVERY day but the resort is beautiful.

This resort is beautiful, stayed in the Destino Tower the rooms are basic and small. It’s very clean and everyone was helpful. It was my first time staying in a Disney resort nice experience but better off renting a airbnb for the pricing and the overpriced food. The pool is great there was no seats available but people leaving there towels holding chairs. Transportation to the parks is great it comes every 15 min. Easy entry to the parks I did magic kingdom and hollywood studios. I have a 11 year old boy he really enjoyed Hollywood studios and the the new ride Tron at the magic kingdom. The Disney app is very convenient you can see the wait for the ride on your phone order food for pick up too. The wait time is crazy I recommend to get the lightning lane pass. Over all beautiful resort but very basic.

This resort is absolutely beautiful and very big, so be prepared for lots of walking, which is not a bad thing. Check in was super easy, and I did not have to walk all the way back to the lobby to check out. My room was on the lower level of the casitas and it was very quiet. Rooms are very clean, spacious, beds are comfortable, shower was perfect. I was told that housekeeping comes every other day, but they actually showed up every day. Employees are very courteous. The food was a little over priced for the generic places, but the higher end restaurants were pretty good. Free shuttle service to all of the parks. I had a rental vehicle, so I was able to park right next to my room, and drive to the parks with free parking. Pretty easy to get around, traffic was not bad at all. I had absolutely no issues with anything during my 5 day stay. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming for leisure.

It was our first time staying on a Disney property and my family really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful with some nice dining options. It is a bit spread out, but nothing felt like it was too far. The room had plenty of space for a family of four. We also liked the on site dining. The pool and pool bar were great as well!
