For a company in the customer service industry, I cannot believe I am going through this. Given the current circumstances all over the world and the travel ban to Europe, this hotel will not honor a refund waiver, even though all other hotels I booked with gave me a refund. I feel like they would rather me fly their and get the virus all while staying at their hotel. And putting them, myself and all other guests at risk. To them, the amount of money we spent on this room is nothing but to us regular people it is a lot.
