The room we choose had a private Jacuzzi, all was perfect and clean . Breakfast, magnificent but, the most outstanding thing was the beautiful smile and kindness of the lady who welcomed us and helped us getting around with perfect tips and great arrangements.

This place is located in Imerovigli. 30 minute walk to Fira or 10 minute in vehicle. 20-25 minutes in a vehicle to Oia. This place is very beautiful. The design is a open concept room and very modern. This room was very clean and spacious! Before we arrived we were messaged by the representative of this property to coordinate our arrival. Arriving to Santorini can be intimidating because of the number of people here so it was very convenient and easing to receive help by the respresentative for transportation to the location from the port or airport. Ntaiana was amazing! Very welcoming and attentive to any needs you might have during your stay. This place is located in a smaller less populated area of Santorini. There is good food options less than 2 minutes from the property. A pharmacy is located in front and a mini market is nearby as well. There is also great shopping options nearby. There is also vehicle rental options nearby. If your lost on what to do or eat while in Santorini, dont worry, Ntaiana provides a list of great options to make the most of your stay. Self parking located on the property. Breakfast was always on time and very delicious. Very attentive to any food allergies if needed. Jacuzzi was clean and had an amazing view of the sunrise. Overall this location is on the top of our many stays at different locations. Our stay here was very hospitable and comfortable.

Great place, well ubicated and a must in decoration Hope to be back! Hot water jacuzzi unforgetable . The breakfast is good and served at the time you requested it. The recepcionist is very kind! Nice sea View and amazing Sunrise that makes you wake up with a big Smile in your face!😀

For a company in the customer service industry, I cannot believe I am going through this. Given the current circumstances all over the world and the travel ban to Europe, this hotel will not honor a refund waiver, even though all other hotels I booked with gave me a refund. I feel like they would rather me fly their and get the virus all while staying at their hotel. And putting them, myself and all other guests at risk. To them, the amount of money we spent on this room is nothing but to us regular people it is a lot.
