I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Airport and had a very positive experience overall, especially thanks to the excellent customer service from the front desk. During my stay, I had a small issue with the shower in my room. After noticing the problem, I contacted the front desk and was assisted by Javangha. From the moment he responded, he was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He handled the situation quickly and efficiently, making sure the issue was resolved without any hassle. What really stood out to me was his attitude. Javangha treated the situation with genuine care and made me feel like my comfort truly mattered. It’s always refreshing to encounter someone who represents their hotel with such warmth and dedication to great service. Thanks to his help, what could have been a frustrating moment turned into a great example of how excellent customer service can make all the difference. I truly appreciate her kindness and efficiency and hope the hotel recognizes what a valuable team member he is. I would gladly stay here again and thank the team — especially Javangha — for making my stay a pleasant one.

This hotel room from my experience is dirty, and unkept. When I first went to the room the door was not locked, found you had to slam it to close. Dirty carpet, broken wall fixtures, broken glass mirrors in bathroom. door stop completely destroyed. I'll never stay at this property again.

The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. Javaugh went out his way to make my trip comfortable. He truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
