Great experience, perfect amenities in the facility and in-room. Breakfast was great. All staff was very helpful esp Qaiser went out of his way to help us with multiple things throughout our stay. Will definitely return this is a great hotel for families

We didn’t just stay at The Address Dubai Mall — we lived a moment suspended in time. From the moment we arrived, everything flowed with elegance: the seamless check-in, the peaceful atmosphere, and of course, that unreal view of the Burj Khalifa from the infinity pool. Day or night, it leaves you speechless. But the real magic came with Maria Cenas from the Guest Experience team. Maria didn’t just welcome us — she took care of us like family. Discreet, warm, genuinely kind, she anticipated everything before we even had to ask. She made sure every detail of our stay felt personal: from room arrangements to heartfelt little touches that made our children smile, and made my wife’s birthday feel truly special. She was everywhere and nowhere at once — the kind of presence that transforms a hotel experience into a lifelong memory. Each morning, we looked forward to the incredible breakfast: fresh juices, à la carte treats like avocado toast, French toast, waffles and more, beautifully presented and full of flavor. We felt spoiled in the best possible way. Being directly connected to the Dubai Mall was a luxury of its own — but having a sanctuary of calm just steps away from the world’s biggest shopping hub? That’s something rare. If you plan to stay here — and you should — ask for Maria. Let her guide your experience. Trust me: you’ll feel the difference. Thank you, Maria. Thank you to the whole team. Best view and dining experience

I had best dining experience here. Food are so nice and very delicious especially seafood linguine. They had the best wine selection and you can choose variety of wine as well. The best service I’ve ever had thanks to Mr.Rooney and Mr.Anthony specially taking care of us. I would like to come back next time.

My hotel room was exceptionally clean, and that’s entirely thanks to Lutfor’s hard work and attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room had been meticulously prepared. The floors were spotless, the bathroom gleamed, and every surface looked freshly wiped down. The bed was perfectly made, with crisp, fresh linens that smelled clean and inviting. Even the corners, often forgotten in some hotels, were dust-free and tidy. Lutfor clearly takes pride in his work. Throughout my stay, the room was consistently maintained at a high standard. Towels were replaced daily, toiletries were neatly arranged, and everything was always left in order. His timing was impeccable—never intrusive, always efficient. What stood out most was the sense of comfort and calm his cleaning brought to the space. It felt like I could truly relax and trust that everything had been thoroughly cleaned and cared for. In a time when cleanliness is more important than ever, Lutfor went above and beyond. His dedication didn’t go unnoticed, and it made my entire stay more enjoyable. I truly appreciate his effort and hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Lutfor!

Fabulous service from beginning to end. The staff is all very friendly. Special thanks to Miriam at the front desk, Annie at The Restaurant, Diwash at the tours Desk and Mauhnaum (spelling?) in housekeeping. In particular, Mauhnaum checked with us on a very timely basis every evening to make sure that we were comfortable. The views from the hotel are spectacular. And the location is conveniently located.
