Dream World Aqua Hotel

I read all reviews and i was so confused because most people wrote bad reviews about DREAM WORLD AQUA HOTEL. I gamble and took the risk i booked and i stayed at this hotel 7 nights. I am a regular traveller in last 15 years i have stayed in so many 5 stars resort and this one is the most amazing hotel the staff at lobby is so professional always welcoming you with a beautiful smile i never had any issues this hotel is very big very clean best spa in antalya. Food is very good different dishes always . Pool area is amazing its very clean and big so many snacks bar around hotel gives fresh snack even BBQ available. They ladies at restaurant are so friendly and helpful always help you with smile i haven't received such services before in any other 5 stars i stayed in pass 15 years many many thanks for welcoming us just like a family. Big thumbs up 👍 for ladies at restaurant. Coffee shop. And they 2 ladies at 0 level lobby fantastic service. Only one thing i will suggest for hotel management department that i notice that the men staff at main restaurant they take money from guest like £1 or £2 euro and they reserve tables for guests and probably they share the money with main restaurant manager. This is so disgusting i hope this stop not all men STAFF only few MUSTAFA is the main person who takes money under table and dont let any one to sit on table there is no signs off reservation on table he look for rich family and takes money then they sit . This person ruined they whole holiday and the hotel management should get involved and sort this ground restaurant manager is also share holder on that money he gwt half i strongly advise to management to sort this . I will definitely vist again i had a nice time 90% i was happy only 10% because off corruption cant stop me .

This was the best hotel I have ever been! The staff were so kind and my room was being cleaned every day! The slides were brill, and kids loved them. I 💯 recommend this hotel! Had entertainment in the night and they had ice-cream bar for kids. I loved the food and they had such a big variety including english food for picky eater!

Hotel is well presented with good facilities but........ Staff are miserable and couldn't care less, you will be asked for tips (doesn't matter if the person asking you has served you or not) Hotel is 90% German and if you're English and remotely in their way they WILL walk through you and look at you like dirt. 3 out of 4 of us were sick and poorly from the food. Food is repetitive and recycled from the day before. Beer is flat and watered down. With the above in mind i wouldn't recommend going "all inclusive". 50% of the water slides in the AQUA hotel are permanently closed with the remining only open for 2x 2 hour slots each day WIFI for a hotel of this size and star rating is poor being polite, 2mb with patch coverage at best. "Entertainment" is poor, not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel - average kids club approach. Such a shame but not anywhere near what what expected - No chance a 5 star hotel either !!!
