Great Family vacation destination

Loved the nostalgic feel of the resort. The staff was top notch with customer attention and making sure we were taken care of. The gym was clean everyday and have enough equipment to get the job done especially for a vacation spot. Overall recommended stay if you’re going for nostalgia and laid back. PS….shout out to my guy Horacio at the gym! Talked to him everyday I was in there and couldn’t been more attentive in making sure I was hydrated and the place was clean.

I had a wonderful experience with the resort’s entertainment team, and I especially want to recognize Jared for her outstanding efforts. She brought such positive energy and enthusiasm to every activity, making us feel welcomed, engaged, and excited to participate. Jared was incredibly friendly, approachable, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure everyone was having a great time. Whether it was organizing games, hosting events, or simply interacting with guests, her passion and dedication truly stood out.

Our stay at dreams Tulum

At first we were kind of skeptical of our stay at Dreams Tulum because of some bad reviews from diffrent platforms. Most of them were about the hotel being unclean and about the hotel being outdated. All our concerns were changed after we first stepped in to the hotel. A beautiful atmosphere and the great a willing staff welcomed us in to a beautiful resort. We bought an upgrade for “preferred club” and we got a beautiful room with beach view. Our room was amazing and the view + the balcony as well. Room was clean our whole stay. The hotel didn’t seem outdated at all actually it seemed very put together and classy. One more thing i have to mention is a great staff that took care of us the whole stay and were actually determined to help (they welcomed us like a family). The food was amazing and we recommend to try every restaurant. If you like a homely atmosphere this hotel is just for you! A 10/10 recommendation.

A wonderful stay!

We’re here at Dreams Tulum and having a wonderful vacation! The staff is so friendly and accommodating—we truly can’t think of anything negative, and we can’t wait to return. Adrian, the restaurant manager, has been amazing, always making sure we’re well taken care of. Be sure to try the seafood grill by the pool for lunch—the fish tacos are excellent. The dinner menu is delicious as well; we loved the ribeye and the brisket! The preferred breakfast at Portofino is fresh and delicious—the pancakes and eggs Benedict were fantastic. We haven’t had a bad meal anywhere! There’s a huge variety of drinks—they’ll make anything you ask for. Lorenzo at the Sugar Reef is so kind, always greeting us with a smile. Every staff member has been friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the facilities are very clean. You won’t regret coming to this resort—we can’t wait to return. See you again soon, Dreams Tulum! 🫶🏻
