This superb collection of holiday villas is situated in Bali's upmarket Seminyak area, only a short walk from Seminyak Beach. The beach is calmer and less crowded than the more well-known Kuta Beach, which is also within walking distance, though much like the Legian area Seminyak boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés and nightclubs. These villas are a hidden treasure! We've been staying here for the last 12 years and have stayed in a variety of their 23 villas. They all have a traditional Balinese feel, with lovely gardens, private pools and red tiled roofs. Open space living with lounge room, sitting areas, full fridge/freezer and limited kitchen facilities, which is something that management are aware of and are working slowly to rejuvenate, as they have done so with bathrooms over the last couple of years. To be honest we don't use the kitchen as it's so cheap to eat and drink here, but you can easily make a cuppa and a sandwich if desired. The villas are in a great location with walking distance to the beach (about a 15 min walk), a short, cheap cab ride to "Eat Street" and Jl Camplung Tanduk which is the road the Dyana laneway is off, has multiple good places to eat, sports bars, chemists, grocery shops and safe, reliable money changers. The lovely peaceful tranquility of these villas is one thing, the team who look after them are another. We have been dealing with Arya and his team during all of our visits here since 2013 and the service has always been professional, prompt, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We both feel like we are coming "home" when we visit!

Beautiful place, clean villa, cute little pool area. Nice and central to everything we needed and not far to the beach. Also saw inside a 3br villa which was beautiful. Cleaned on a daily basis. They supplied mosquito coils which were great.

Would not change anything! Stayed here for 7 days and loved it, from the peaceful Villa to the friendly staff! They were wonderful! Always smiling and friendly and the room was well maintained.

Beautiful villas, super comfortable beds, extremely friendly and helpful staff and security. Everything was very clean and I highly recommend doing the daily breakfast option. The food was amazing and the staff came into the villa to cook it fresh each day. Dyana Villas is in a great location right in the shopping areas and less than a 10 min walk to the beach.

We loved everything about our stay here! The staff are absolutely amazing, and as lots of others have written already, really do go above and beyond for their guests. We had the wonderful Lotus, Luh Wi and Yuli looking after us for our week long honeymoon stay. They kept our tummies full with delicious breakfasts each morning and a special home made dinner one night, and our hearts full and happy with beautiful daily conversations and laughs. The villa itself was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The bed and pillows super comfy, great a/c in the bedroom, beautifully kept pool and tropical garden-we really did feel like we were in paradise! The venue is within walking distance to everything you would want in the Seminyak area and is definitely value for money. We want to get back there asap!
