Good hotel.

Nice hotel. Well maintained rooms. I appreciate the bed being made. I did not know hotels still did that based on my last few hotel stays. Nice cleaning staff. The TV signal wasn’t the best but I’m sure that was because of the airport. The toilets didn’t flush well also. The key cards a super sensitive too. The young lady at the front desk did not make eye contact with us when we checked out this morning and I found that rather rude.

First, you don't expect an airport hotel to be this luxurious. The only negative is that it's at the airport, rather than South Beach (close to restaurants and shopping. Kenia, front desk, is in my top five (I've traveled all over the world). She is friendly, pleasant, helpful, professional ... I can't say enough about what a gem she is. She amplifies the quality vibe of this property. The entire reception staff is very helpful and Ada, General Manage. was even available to answer a question. Rooms are very spacious with high end amenities, quality linens, and VERY CLEAN. Loved the shower and the entire bathroom is great. Noise level at the airport was excellent and easy to stay asleep near such a busy airport. Rates are very respectable except for the buffet breakfast. A bit steep for the selection, although the wait staff was very accommodating. EB Hotels are my go-to whenever they are in a city I travel too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazingly quiet hotel overlooking airport. Receptionists very helpful. Clean very large room with equally large bathroom. We didn't eat here but there is a good wine selection and the coffee was good. Met 6 airline pilots staying here - speaks volumes....

Pleasantly surprised !

we had to spend the night in MIA unexpectedly and AA put us up at the EB hotel. We were pleasantly surprised: very nice hotel, large, clean room, good amenities, very good food at the Miranda restaurant, comfortable bed. Shuttle to airport every 30 mn.
