Visited Nobu Hotel Miami today and spent the day on the beach. Sebastian was very attentive and helped with the chairs and tent. He checked in on us throughout the day and even offered fresh towels.

Honestly what made my trip was Sebastian. Not only attentive, kind and funny but went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay and my time in Miami. I was a slightly awkward guest but Sebastian didn’t even flinch, he made sure I was looked after! They should give you a raise with the service I received from you!

The resort service was excellent! It was raining for a short period of time and our chairs were moved under our umbrella quickly. We also needed more towels and a chair towel refresh, which were a breeze. Shout out to Sebastian who was especially helpful with my (admittedly) numerous requests!
