Eftalia Aqua Resort

I've just returned from my 6th stay at eftalia aqua and I really cannot find fault with the hotel, I plan to return later in the year. The whole hotel is immaculate, the lobby, the bars, restraunts and rooms there's always people cleaning up collecting cups, mopping up round the pool. The hotel is also very accessible (except the Annex buildings) you have to be in the main building for the lifts but other than that everything can be accessed. We went with 2 adults, one 3 year old and 2 17 year olds and there was so much for everyone to do. I find new things to enjoy each time I return. We enjoyed hiring the gazebos around the main pool for €20 this included fruit and ice cream but it was nice to have your own space, they also have a fan which is nice when the heat gets intense. The island is so good there is so much to do, we only enjoyed the entertainment in the amithetre once when the bubble man was on (bubble man is amazing! We always make sure to enjoy his show if he is on when we are there! Absolutely recommend everyone goes to see him!) however we enjoyed days on the beach, the foam party, the park in kids club, the small pools with the slides. The food Court on the island is so good, so much choice and all lovely especially the cheese toasties. So much easier to find your way round now it's all in one place. The food in the restraunt, burger land and pool bar in aqua are nice, there's something for everyone and so much choice. Even travelling with a very fussy teen she managed to enjoy her meals. Every single member of staff works tirelessly, always has a friendly smile on their face and willing to help. The whole animation team are really amazing, they work so hard, make you feel so welcomed at the hotel, always there for anything you need and to put a smile on your face. After returning so many times they have became like an extended family, they really make our holidays memorable! We truly had the best holiday and I can't wait to return later this year!

We arrived at the Hotel at 3Am and got pushed around by the reception to Upgrade our room to a Jacuzzi room as our room that we booked with the Agency was not ready apparently until morning. After spending 12+ hours on the road they take advantage of you especially if they see you have a small child with you. We were under the impression that All inclusive meant everything included, however this was not the case as even for a fresh glass of orange juice you had to pay. The pool bar ( snackbar) has no alcohool apart from beer and wine, if you want a cocktail you have to pay extra. We have never been to a Hotel were the staff was so rude and unhelpful. Even for the smallest things like asking for a bottle of water they expect a tip . The food was blend and we survived on Chips and pasta only. We will definietly NOT be returning to this hotel ever again.

Great holiday for the family (2 adults 2 Kids). Fantastic pool and slides kept our boys entertained all day! Food was good although drinks included in all inclusive weren't great in our opinion. Couple of shops in the hotel which were a nice addition.

It was ok the room was nice but the food could be better i like the pool ata from entertainment very friendly 😀 our kids like to hotel we are think family hotel and our lasy day but we will back again thank you Eftalia and ata give us amazing holiday

The staff were lovely and welcoming. Friendly entertainment team. Food was OK, not the greatest. The cabanas are great if you have kids and want to ensure shade as it gets very hot even at the beginning if June. Walk to the beach is 5 mins away, and they have a great kids pool with slides and a lazy river
