The food choice is good the entertainment is great but around the pool one of the hotel staff puts out at least 16-20 towels on the beds which are then not available Then when you ask if there are any beds he takes money to allow you the Sunbeds he has put towels on. This happens everyday

Horrendous!

Very disappointed with everything about our stay. I would not recommend. On arrival about midnight we were welcomed by miserable and passive aggressive staff who only wanted to upsell by offering bigger rooms! We booked as a group wanting our rooms together, this didn’t happen, we couldn’t have been more spread out! Staff got aggressive when we asked about moving closer! All staff wanted the whole time were tips! Pool guy got money everyday from us just so we could have a few sun loungers together, that he’d already reserved with hotel towels, to ensure he could get a tip from families looking for beds! The restaurant was awful! It reminded me of queuing for school dinners! Although many didn’t understand the concept of queuing!!! Again as a large group the only way to get seats together was to tip the waiting staff, who then kept asking for more tips everyday! One of our party had a severe allergy, when asked what they could eat, were shown about 3 options! No one seemed to care and made no attempt to help. Rooms were dated, although clean. Housekeeping actually asked us a number of times for money! There were no baby change facilities in any of the public toilets that we found. Pool slides were old, unstable with screws coming away and only available from 10-12 and 14-16 everyday! Too many ‘shops’ in the resort that were not part of the all inclusive! The island was ok, again pool safety issues. No sunbeds available ever and long queues for the food court. Eflatia Water Sports to be avoided, one of our party ended up with fractures to their ankle due to negligence of staff. No evidence of health & safety procedures. Medical staff uninterested and more concerned about the hotels reputation. No follow up from hotel or guest relations since the accident. I would not recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself I think should be more than a 3*. The entertainment staff, especially Potter, Mali and Enes were great and always spoke when passing and entertained the kids.
