Fantastic family holiday as a family of 5 we had a lovely 10 nights. Food was a highlight of the trip which for an all inclusive is a major positive. The staff we found in every restaurant and bar to be very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of coming here to book as you will not be disappointed.

Nice resort for families

We stayed at Ela for 5 night with young children. Kids club and the heated outdoor pools were amazing. Our kids loved the kids disco and activities. Unfortunately my daughter fell by the pool and had to have stitches done. The hotel arranged nicely for us to get to the hospital etc. although she couldn't swim after that, she was still happy to spend the day doing activities at the kids club, that really saved us. Big thanks also to the assistant service they provide via WhatsApp. Super easy to get in touch and they were quick and efficient. The resort is very beautiful and nice to walk around. Drinks and snacks were always available and of good quality (fridges with water). Our room was nice and very spacious (grand superior sea view ). The only lacking point I can mention is the service. I understand they were busy at the main restaurant, however the reality on many occasions is that you have to try to catch a waiter to get forks/knives and drinks ordered. However the display and selection of food is nice and we were happy with that. Overall a good, memorable holiday and we would return in the future.

Pros- Not far from the airport in a taxi Huge lobby and had a warm welcome on arrival Buffet is great, literally something for everyone! Beautiful desserts and pastries displayed. I personally preferred the local/Turkish dishes Beach is well maintained and there is a pier but that wasn’t in operation Clean large kids pool which is warm Plenty of places to get cold drinks ice cream snacks and a vege/fruit staff which is such a great idea! We had a family room which was spacious and cleaned well daily plus a mini bar which had fruit juice, beer and fizzy drinks Room was quiet and had blackout curtains plus balcony with gorgeous views The room also had a great shower and lots of extras like shampoo shower gel dental Kit and so on Kids club!! Wow such a. Spacious clean environment with lots of different rooms with legos, crafts , games etc to stimulate and keep entertained kids of different ages plus the staff in there were sweet and kind. Also on check out we used the facilities til we left which was so useful and made everything much less stressful Also on one day it rained and the staff worked so hard to clear everything. Keep the place safe and Cons These are all very minor and no where is perfect The service can be slow but I guess one is on holiday and there is no rush. I didn’t know drinks couldn’t be ordered to the pool and beach til the last 2-3 days! No one told us! Food labelled as ‘meat’ - perhaps is this because we are from the UK but meat could mean beef or lamb and it would be better if this is clearer. Unable to book the included a la carte restaurants for dinner this was a bit disappointing as it’s nice to be served dinner Again like all places in the world there was sunbed saving, and I did not some people not coming back for some hours leaving their things on the beds. It’s not anyone fault and it’s very common, and when I couldn’t find a bed by kids pool the staff ran to get some and put them in the shade for us! All in all a beautiful relaxing holiday and made us want to return to Türkiye and see and explore more it in the future God willing.

Overall the hotel is good, lots of pools (one heated), tennis and padel courts. Kids Club is large and everyone who likes to hear very little about their kids during holiday then it's right place to be :) We where in the Lake House - two big connected rooms. They where in top condition. We got our own assistant through whatsapp - it worked fine until there's some issue or you want to complain something. Then suddenly the assistant is out of the resort etc. About the food - only really good food were on the beach restaurant Galan. Buffet was ok but all the other restaurants were nothing special unfortunately. Since we booked it very early we got very good price - at that price the quality was ok.
