I dont usually write reviews of hotels, however i was really worried before visiting due to some negative reviews so i wanted to write one this time to help anybody else who was in the same boat as me after booking. Positives: When you arrive you are added into a whatsapp chat with 3 staff members who are on hand to help with anything during your stay. We found this very handy especially during the start of the Holiday when you need to find out simple questions such as what time the shows are on or where a specific restaurant is etc. I found they replied in a matter of minutes. The a la carte restaurants were very nice. We are not an ‘all inclusive’ buffet family, so upon arrival we was anxious about the food situation but we couldnt of been more pleased. I saw a few reviews about not being able to get a reservation on the first day i tried to book and they said they couldnt reserve after 5pm so we ate out which was fine but after this i booked all of our reservations through our whatsapp personal assistants for the whole week which was easy enough. On the first night we arrived at 11pm, there is a 24 hour restaurant which was sit down meal so we ate there and it was nice. 2 days we ate out of the hotel at Land of Legends but the other days we ate at La Sofa, La Perla, La Salsa and El Sante. All of which were outstanding meals. I beleive there was a surcharge for only La Perla of 25 euros per person the rest were included in our package. For Lunch we ate at La sofa and La Perla for free of charge - we tried the buffet once which had lots of delicious options but we prefer the feel of a restaurant to eat it so was very happy this was all included. When we arrived we booked a garden view room, the room was lovely but the view wasnt great as expected. We asked if possible they had any other rooms available to which they upgraded us free of charge to a pool/sea view which was lovely and so kind. They also allowed us to check out at 2pm instead of 12pm which we really appreciated. The 2 water parks for older children and younger children were fantastic and we spent our days bopping between the two for our 5 year old which she couldnt get enough off. Fresh fruit stand by the pool - we loved this and it encouraged our daughter to eat lots of fruit during the stay. There are 2 patisseries which are included and so lovely. Cleanliness in general - i was worried about food poisoning as its a taboo suggest with turkey. I did see a few reviews beforehand that people were being sick, not once did i see anything like this. None of us were unwell and we felt fine the whole trip. Rooms - spotlessly clean everyday. We had a note left in our room to request a fruit platter as a treat which we did and it was amazing. Mini bar is also stocked daily free of charge which lots of drink choices. The kids club is like heaven. They have everything they could possibly need. A soft play, baby room, cinema rooms, lego room, restaurant for kids, art room, playground, laser room , fire engin roleplay, playground.. the list could go on and on! They do face paint every day at 4pm which was a huge highlight for my daughter. There is a mini disco on every night, and 3 shows i believe a week in the kids club. They did a talent contest one night where by my daughter was a bit shy but wanted to do it and they got her up on the stage and gave her the confidence to get involved which i really appreciated. Entertainment on the main stage is on 3 days a week which was phenomenal performances we all really enjoyed. On the other days where its not on they have a live singer at the pool bar , we visited a few nights but this was a little boring for our child. Some holidays we have been on theres an area where children can sit at the front so this would of nice and probably made it more enjoyable for her to watch too rather than sit with us. Now i will move on to a few negatives: There is a kids shop right next to the kids pool full of toys. My daughter asked if we could go and look so we did, she chose a toy and we asked the price. The cost of this toy in england would be £15 maximum. It was 150 euros and that was the case for every thing in the shop. A simple pink rubber ring for a child was 80 euros. The prices are astronomical and we found it was very disappointing for our daughter almost being teased by the stuff in the shop however it is so over priced we simply couldnt justify it. I also ran out of my vape during the holiday so i popped to the shop on sight, they were charging 80 euros for vapes. I obviously gave this a miss and caught a taxi into the centre and managed to get the same on for 15 euros. Basically ensure you bring everything you need if you do not plan to leave the hotel and avoid the shops inside! The main waterpark closes from 11.45-2pm which is a little annoying so it id only open from 10-12 and then 2-4.45 i believe. I have never been on holiday were i have had to use google translate but i had to do this more than once a day to communicate exactly what i needed to say to a member of staff. I wouldn't say this was of putting but i think it might be because the main clientele are Russian/German. For this reason i didn't leave my child for longer than 10 minutes in the kids club just incase they didn't understand what is it she was saying. I also notice during the stay the majority of the clientele were Russian/german so they did direct more of that language during the kids show etc but we didn't find this to be an issue it just would of been nice for my daughter to make more friends during the stay. There wasn't any pool activity's for children, foam parties, water obstacle courses or anything like that. I would say that would be good for the hotel to put on in the future. It seemed all the activity's for children were inside the kids club which is fine but it would be nice for there to be some outside of the kids club too. There are no shops within walking distance, belek city centre is about a 5 minute taxi ride but the roads are fast and long so you need to get a taxi to go anywhere you cant just go for a stroll. There are waitors round the pool on rollerskates that do table service - we found this quite hit and miss some days they would come round loads and other days not once. Over all - i would definitely come back and i hope this helps someone! X Ps definitely visit land of legends! Its free to enter. We ate at nemo one night and had a ride on the boat and then we went back in the day time to visit the theme park/ water park. This was a highlight on our trip and is only a 15 minute taxi ride away.
