Element By Westin Bali Ubud

My wife and I had three day wonderful stay at the beautiful hotel "Element By Westin, Bali, Kuta thanks especially to Mr. Gusti Arnawa (Duty Manager), Mr. Jaya (Reservation Agent), Mrs. Nida (Reservation Supervisor), Mr. Ari (Bartender), Mr..Sam (Front Desk Trainee) and all the friendly and courteos staff. We were very well received on our arrival , greeted nicely and were treated like VIP'S.. Our upgraded room facing the eyecatching swimming pool was very comfortable, hygienically very clean and spacious, perfect for leisure.. The well spreaded breakfast was simply awesome.. There was never a dull moment as there were many top class facilities to experience and enjoy.. Indeed, one of the finest and best hotels in Bali.. Wonderful hotel with great amenities and lovely food. Great areas to relax beside the pool or on the rooftop bar in the evening. The terrace boasted lots of fantastic food options. What made my stay special were the staff. So many amazing people who always greeted you with a smile. A special mention to Lia, Bhima and Suma who were so incredibly lovely and openly engaged in long conversations, which for a solo traveller was very welcoming.

After a long journey from Hawaii, my friend and I arrived at the hotel around 11:30 pm. We were greeted with welcoming smiles from the front desk crew. We were hungry and tired and to my surprise, late in-room dining service was still available. We ordered only a couple of entrees and it was a portion of too much delicious food. The room patio was a nice place to have dinner. The breakfast at Andong Teras Restaurant was equally delicious, boasting a variety of Balinese cuisine and local fresh fruits. The staff was very attentive and our waiter Dwi smiled at all times. We took the free hotel shuttle to the market center. Agas was our shuttle driver. It was a pleasure to talk to him. Agas was very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us all types of recommendations on where to go and what to do. The Elevate Rooftop Bar was a great place to end the night with cocktails. It is a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere (unfortunately, I was with my best friend, lol). On our last day, we stopped by Andong Teras Restaurant again for a small bite before checking out. Tresna gave us food recommendations and provided awesome service with a smile. Tresna also explained the English translation of his Balinese name, a word that I can easily incorporate into my daily conversation. From the front desk (Tata), the pool staff, Andong Teras Restaurant staff, and the Elevated Rooftop Bar staff, they were all super friendly, attentive, always smiling, and ready to give great service to everyone. I felt safe during my entire stay at the hotel, especially with security at the front gate. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean and well-maintained. I will come back and stay here again next time around. Suksma, Mahalo and Aloha for a great experience.

Very nice resort hotel with absolutely amazing staff. What we liked:- Size of our room Comfort of bed & pillows Pools Laundry service Buffet breakfast What we didn’t like:- Having to book the shuttle & the shuttle’s operating hours Not enough poolside umbrellas (6 umbrellas for 42 lounges) Constant misunderstanding from the staff at breakfast when we ordered our fried eggs & bacon Damp smell in room when air conditioning left on (although this is a common issue throughout Bali) We’d certainly consider staying here again even though it’s a 10 minute drive from Ubud centre. Cost was about 60,000 IDR with Grab one way.

Fantastic stay . This hotel is ama ing , was very quiet around the pool area literally most of the day just the two of us which was perfect. Staff can’t do enough for you , restaurant and bar service fantastic. The hotel food and drink prices a little more than in Ubud town but happy hours 16:30 -18:30pm make up for it. A trip into Ubud to the monkey sanctuary and Ubud town on the hotel shuttle was great and well worth a visit. We had a pool access room with a free mini bar, great room but had expected actual access direct to pool , this did not deter from a fantastic stay
