Horrible Experience

31 May 2025
Elementa Boutique Hotel was a huge disappointment. We had a medical emergency and tried contacting them before check-in, they ignored our messages on Booking.com and didn’t provide proper contact info until it was too late. Even after sending proof of emergency surgery, they refused to adjust our dates. No empathy, no flexibility. Another hotel we booked in the same area accommodated us without hesitation. Do not stay here if you expect even basic decency or communication. Totally unprofessional.

Nice place with beautiful view

30 Apr 2025
I checked in at the hotel today, it is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing, the staff was very friendly, I was very, very tired from traveling for work and my reservation included dinner that I had to go to the restaurant to eat, but they were so nice. They delivered it to the room, customer service is good here and I’m enjoying my stay.

The Absolute Worst Unprofessional and most Incompetent Hotel Staff with no Respect for others

30 Jun 2024
I truly believe this boutique hotel screens the reviews and the reviews are fabricated. We stayed here because of all the excellent reviews. When we arrived, no one from the hotel helped us gather our bags and directed us to the lobby. Once in the lobby we stood at the front desk for 10-12 min waiting on staff to welcome us. Once we were finally noticed, check in scrambled to find our reservation. This was due to an incompetent, and majority intern staff who were not accompanied by veteran staff. After check in was complete 30 minutes later, and asking several times for staff to collect our belongings, we made our way to our King Suite on the top floor, where we were met with a raw sewerage smell. When asked where this smell was coming from, the interns stated that Bodrum smells like this!. It is everywhere. We have been to Bodrum multiple times and are from Turkiye and have never heard of this before. We asked the hotel staff to alleviate the smell, but was met with blank stares and no help. We left the hotel door open and proceeded to the pool to hang out and disperse the smell. The staff at the pool bar were confused how to make drinks and the music playing was so loud you could not talk to one another. A few hours later we went back to our room, the smell seemed worse, but it could have been that we were smelling fresh ocean air for a few hours. I proceeded to the main desk at the lobby, where i found a hotel staff who seemed like she was in charge. (Manager Style) When i told her about the smell, she replied that she was told by the interns, i then asked, "if you knew, then why was nothing done to fix the issue" She apologized but at the same time, asked what i think should be done. I replied, well maybe a maintenance tech can look into this or see if it is a toilet issue, as the smell had a sewerage odor to it. A few minutes later another intern came to the room with perfume to mask the smell. This was not what we wanted to see, to fix the raw sewerage smell. I then went back down to the front desk to ask, for something more to be done. How about another room. The same person who i spoke to about, said sure. not a problem. Okay, this is great. Staff although inexperienced is trying to help solve the problem. On the way to look at the new room, the intern taking us to that room, stated that this room had a worse smell and that the this room and the room we were staying in had these smells. We asked then, why would you take us to this room. The reply was that we are to be in rooms that most resemble our cost of the room. The room we booked was the most expensive. We replied that we don't care about the money. We just want to be in a room that does not smell. No reply from staff. We went back to our room and tried to sleep through the night, but the smell was awful. We checked out the very next day. 4 days early. Hotel staff did not care and would not refund us the money for the 4 nights that we were not going to stay. We booked the same price room at a hotel called Allium and it was the most beautiful, professional hotel that we stayed at in a long time. This hotel Elementa Boutique, states it is the best kept secret in Bodrum and they are right! It should stay a secret because it is awful and does not deserve to be in business. I just wish they could except their problems and return our money.
