The welcome was warm and seamless—staff greeted me by name, offered a refreshing tropical drink, and ensured my luggage was taken care of before I even stepped into the lobby. The check-in process felt effortless, as if everything had been carefully arranged ahead of time. My suite was nothing short of spectacular. Floor-to-ceiling windows opened to a panoramic view of the green mountains view, and the private balcony quickly became my favorite place to unwind. The room itself blended luxury with comfort: plush bedding, elegant décor, and thoughtful touches such as a handwritten welcome note and a tray of fresh local fruits. Every detail, down to the scent of the room and the softness of the bathrobe, elevated the experience. The resort grounds were immaculately maintained. Whether strolling through lush gardens, relaxing by the infinity pool, every corner felt intentionally designed to inspire calm and beauty. Poolside service was attentive without being intrusive; within minutes of sitting down, I had fresh towels, chilled water, and a menu of creative cocktails and light bites. Dining was truly a highlight. restaurant offered its own memorable experience—from gourmet breakfasts overlooking the sunrise to exquisite multi-course dinners prepared by world-class chefs. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, and the service staff had an incredible ability to anticipate needs before I even voiced them. The spa was another treasure. My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had—soothing, rejuvenating, and enhanced by aromatherapy and tranquil music. Afterwards, I enjoyed the steam room and relaxation lounge, leaving me feeling completely renewed. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from housekeeping to concierge—was genuinely kind, attentive, and committed to making my stay exceptional. They remembered my preferences, offered personalized recommendations, and made me feel like a valued guest throughout. In every possible way, this resort exceeded expectations. It wasn’t just a vacation—it was a truly luxurious and unforgettable escape. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my return. AGUNG is always smiling, warm, providing many information and i can feel that he really proud in what he does. He is very knowledgeable and he knows what he’s doing, He is a truly a leader and get many ideas , experience. Good luck. AG showed such great attention to detail and hospitality that we were really impressed which really made the place feel like home. Putri, the receptionist, made us feel special with her personalized service. Dio, the restaurant staff, was incredibly friendly, with his genuine smile and caring attitude. Adi K & Adi S was top notch , of keeping the room clean and organized with turndown service was part of the amenities ☺️ All of these wonderful people made our vacation truly unforgettable.

My first time take a trip with my sister and we got a great welcoming thanks for Ms. Putri, Mr. Dio, Mr. Adi K, Adi S and especially for Mr. Ag for a great hospitality, and we hope we will back again ✨✨✨✨✨
