Jeep tour of the island and perfect peace

An excellent experience. Our room had absolutely stunning views of the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. Room service and golf buggy transport to and from resort location was great and in our case a definite must in the heat. Breakfast was amazing: fantastic choice and quality. Service was welcoming and good quality although coffee always seamed to be slow arriving and not very hot. We ate at each of the restaurants and the food was very good apart from our main courses in the Adian restaurant. This was mentioned and the staff dealt with the matter politely and efficiently. The concierge service is very good and I would say a bit of a must. It's useful to know exactly where the restaurants are (particularly the fish restaurant). It's tucked away and the sign isn't very clear. Make sure you find out which places are open and when although this may only be an end of season issue. The jeep trip with Dimitris was fantastic. 4 hours of on and off-roading with significant stops all very knowleably explained in perfect English by Dimitris who graduated from an English university. Dimitris' passoon for his country was infectious and his history insight gave real added interest to the whole tour. The castle stop for sunset afforded us excellent panoramic views. The tour is planned but Dimitris asked if we wanted anything specific and he encorporated this appropriately. He gave us a couple of choices to fit in the timescale and was comsiderate about speed and terrain. If you have electronic equipment or camera gear with you, make sure it is well covered as it gets very dusty. He was a great guide and a lovely person to spend the afternoon with. Thanks to all of the staff.

Absolutely amazing! The staff, hotel, food, accommodations, beaches and pools are all fantastic, cannot fault it at all. The best holiday I’ve ever had. Hired a quad bike, so we could explore more of Skiathos, they let us park on the hotel car park. The views from the hotel are gorgeous. It is worth every penny!!!

Paradise on earth Best holiday ever We were met by Artemis from the hotel who looked after us very well. We had booked the Argo III from Skiathos to Skopolos to do the Mamma Mia tour. This was an excellent trip so relaxing and nice to see the famous movie locations. Skopolos was so nice, great lunch. Mary and George were our mum and dad for the day on the boat, we were treated like princes and princesses all day. Kids loved it Jeep Safari - a new excursion from the Elivi hotel. We had our own personal tour guide Dimitris, who took us around Skiathos to all the famous sites like the monastery, Castle, and secluded beach for a swim. Was an amazing experience in a 60s Jeep. I'm a Jeep enthusiast, so was a dream come true for me. there was a nice coffee stop at the monastery, and we brough a little picnic for the beach. Hotel - amazing food, quite large portions! 4 a la carte restaurants. Asian, Italian, Seafood and Greek. All were superb service and quality. No bad food here. Breakfast buffet was amazing at the Nest which was 2 mins walk from the room. Big Banana beach was amazing with great sunbeds, bus boys bussing drinks all day, water sports on the beach like wakeboarding. Christal clear water. Paradise My wife and I have travelled extensively to all continents, this was an exceptional experience. Our room was a little small for 4 of us, but when you add in the outdoor space and private pool, it was adequate. the room was clean with fresh towels each day. The staff don't expect tips, but they did such a good job, I tipped everyone. there are golf buggies to take you to restaurants and to the small town at the entrance of the hotel. There you find a small supermarket and Tabernas. The beach is public, but hotel guests don't pay for sunbeds. You can reserve but in late August its ok. Clientel were mixture of Americans, Italians, Russians, British and Scandinavians. All the guests I met were polite both from and outside the hotel, lots of families but not a dedicated kids pool, but enough for them to keep amused. Gorgeous Island, lovely people, amazing place. Airport is basic so is shopping. Would go again! Congrats to the staff, at elivi - was our best ever holiday. Cant believe we found this place.

Jeep safari is a must!

Review of Jeep Safari - we booked this excursion after seeing the uber cool classic Jeep parked outside reception of the hotel & finding out about what it entailed via concierge. It was a fantastic trip from start to finish. Dimitris who runs this business with his Dad, was exceptional. Such a great guy, he made the trip bespoke to our needs & wants & nothing was too much trouble. We explored the island, seeing beaches, monasteries, incredible viewpoints, learnt about the history of the island, all while enjoying the ride in the jeep with fantastic playlists as a soundtrack. Cannot recommend this enough for a fun & memorable day out! Thank you Dimitris! ❤️🇬🇷
