Definitely not a 5*!!

Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful and the decor was pretty decent. Reception staff were rude, obnoxious and condescending. Considering it's allegedly a 5* hotel on Google the general facilities definitely needed attention. I personally would give it a low 3*. Basic things that I've had in all hotels around the globe from 5* down to B&B's this hotel didn't have. No iron available instead pay for laundry services which is extortionate. TV is extremely outdated and very very very slow with no access to HDMI to plug in your own device. The photos are hugely exaggerated and listing has more beds showing than is physically possible to fit in the room. Food is poor and selection is limited just presentation looks good credit to the restaurant staff. Conclusion: first and last time I'll be staying here, especially with the behaviour of the desk staff! Only gave it a 2 due to the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff who were fantastic!

Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day. Lovely, quiet pool area. Breakfast was delicious and room service was excellent value. Out of the way but Ubers were cheap! Thanks for a fab stay!

We were very happy with our stay. Even though my mom is usually very picky, she was really pleased. The service was friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great looking hotel but in middle of nowhere with poor staff and service

On arrival the hotel aesthetically is stunning once you arrive at the reception area. I had a junior suite with jacuzzi and two TV screens. We arrived late due to normal Turkish Airport organisation. Our room was impressive with a pool view and good amenities you would need. Next day we wanted to get our bearings and realised this hotel is in the middle of nowhere so we were pleased we had a car as you cannot walk anywhere. When we returned to our room we noticed the room had been serviced but the bin was still full, cups not replaced or cleaned, coffee and tea condiments should have been replenished,our spa dressing gowns had disappeared and never returned also the TV in the bedroom did not work and the toilet seat came off when seat lifted. TV & toilet seat was fixed but noticed not one English speaking TV channel is available and Netflix did not work in the bedroom!. I was told that this is the case for connecting to Netflix in any of the bedrooms. After two nights still no replenishment of teas and coffee which they admitted should be done daily and kept saying they will get some sent up?. After asking 4 times one day it still did not arrive so managed to bump into a young staff member as we came out of our room and told him so he immediately returned within a minute with enough to keep us going till we left. Restaurant for breakfast was OK but if you eat in the evening you will be disappointed in both quality and speed of service also the prices are high! If you stay here without a rental car take additional money for taxis as this is the only way to get to anywhere. Staff could not be bothered to do anything apart from talking to each other on their phones and smoking outside. If they say they will do something don’t believe them it is just way to get rid of you! In our opinion this hotel does not care unless you are paying for anything Photos look great and the hotel is impressive but it is in the middle of nowhere with busy road and building site dumping ground next door. I booked on the back of their photos but don’t be fooled by them the area around is awful
