Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel and I strongly advise other travelers to avoid it. First of all, the safe box in my room was broken, and despite informing the staff multiple times, no one came to repair it. Shortly after leaving the hotel, I discovered that $500 had been stolen from inside my room. I have already reported this incident to the UAE police. The cleanliness standards were shockingly poor. The room had a very strong unpleasant smell and there were cockroaches throughout the room. The furniture and equipment were old, damaged, and extremely dirty. When I checked in, I even found used underwear from the previous guest left in the bathroom, which clearly shows that the room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. Housekeeping was also unacceptable. The staff used dirty, smelly mops to clean the floor and did not even move the chairs to clean underneath them. The tables were never properly cleaned. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, making it very uncomfortable to use. The bed sheets were so dirty that I had no choice but to buy new bed sheets from outside the hotel with my own money. To make matters worse, the tea and coffee provided in the room were expired. This experience was not only unpleasant but also felt unsafe due to the theft and the complete lack of proper management and hygiene. Even a one-star hotel should not operate under such unacceptable conditions. Management showed no responsibility in resolving these issues.
