We visited Mykonos last year too, but we stayed in Mykonos town. This year we preferred a more quiet location, and we did the best choice!! Outstanding sea view , fabulous breakfast and relaxing time by the pool!

Robbed, humiliated, and threatened – this hotel must be avoided at all costs This so-called “5-star” hotel is without question the worst place I have ever stayed. It is not just unsafe, it is dangerous, and I feel compelled to warn anyone considering it: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. From the moment we arrived, things felt off. At check-in, I was told I had to pay an extra tax - despite my booking confirmation clearly stating that no additional charges would be due on arrival. When I questioned it, I was brushed off with an excuse about a “new rule for 5* hotels in Greece.” It immediately felt dishonest, but we didn’t want to cause a scene at the beginning of our trip. The room itself was far from 5-star quality. There was no shower curtain, which meant that every time we showered, the bathroom - and even part of the bedroom - flooded. I complained, but nothing was done. The nightmare truly began on the night of August 24th. At around 8:30pm, I received a strange call from housekeeping asking when we would be leaving so the maids could come. It struck me as odd - why would housekeeping want access to our room late in the evening? But later, when we returned from our night out, our worst fears were confirmed: our room had been completely ransacked. Everything of value was gone - thousands and thousands of pounds worth of jewellery, designer bags, clothes, and shoes were stolen. Both the balcony and room doors had been locked when we left, yet someone had clearly gained access. Conveniently, there were no cameras, no security, and no accountability. Everything about it pointed to an inside job. What happened next was even more shocking than the robbery itself. When I reported the theft, the hotel manager treated me with unspeakable cruelty. He is genuinely the most disgusting man I have ever encountered. Instead of offering sympathy or help, he laughed at us, mocked us, and hurled vile insults. He called us liars, shouted at us, and even called us degrading names no guest should ever be subjected to. Imagine a grown man - a hotel manager - ridiculing and verbally abusing two young women who had just lost everything. It was humiliating and sickening. The female staff only added to our trauma. As we stood crying, devastated by what had happened, they stood there laughing at us, making us feel even more pathetic and helpless. We had to beg for the police to be called, as the manager refused to involve them. He blocked us from documenting the crime scene and made it clear that our suffering was a source of amusement rather than concern. To make matters worse, when I tried to warn other guests about what had happened to us, the manager and staff threatened me to stay quiet. Their only concern was silencing us, not helping us. The hotel has taken absolutely no responsibility. No apology, no refund, not even the slightest gesture of care. In fact, when we checked out, the manager had the audacity to demand more money for room service we never ordered. This was not just a bad stay - it was a horrific experience that has left me shaken. This hotel will not only rob you of your belongings, but of your dignity, your safety, and your peace of mind. For your own safety, NEVER STAY HERE. This place is a scam, run by abusive staff and a vile manager who should not be in hospitality. They will take everything from you, and then laugh in your face while they do it.

The hotel is located in a truly magical spot, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean Sea! Just a short distance from Chora, it offers all the 5-star amenities you could wish for to truly relax and unwind. I stayed for 5 days, but it felt like much longer – in the best way possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The reception area is beautifully designed, combining elegance with the island’s unique charm. Both ladies at the front desk were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile — they made check-in smooth and effortless. We were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. Our room was spotless, and the private pool exceeded all our expectations! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and special throughout our stay. A special mention to the lovely lady at breakfast – so kind and attentive. Every morning, as soon as she saw us approaching the terrace, our coffee would be waiting for us. Yes, breakfast on a terrace with a sea view – absolute bliss! Don’t miss out on an in-room massage and a dip in the hotel’s main pool, ideally with a cocktail in hand. Enjoy your vacation – this place makes it unforgettable!

If you have luxury within luxury, this is it. I think anyone would find this hard to beat. After a misunderstanding, we were ably helped by Harry that I think made this the best experience of our island hop. Thank you, Harry, it's not every day you get professional exclusive attention from senior management. From the amazing courtesy transport guy from Albania and was great fun, to Katia and Natalia amongst their teams, you can appreciate the staff go over and above to help make your stay incredible. What can you say when you wake every morning with a stunning view from our Executive Suite? Not just what was lying next to me, but the beauty of blue Aegean sea and plush blue skies, this is no trading standards issue, Epic Blue is about right. Check in and out simple. They operate a courtesy bus into Town running regularly during the day and night. Just hop on, tell the driver if you would like to hop off anywhere or the stop is by Police Station in a lay by which acts as a bus drop off point. Rooms were amazing. Air con fine, showering facilities excellent, plenty of room, a terrace and private pool. Bed comfy, many power points. Very clean, immaculate. Quiet and secluded, you can get room service or there's a public pool next to where we take breakfast. Some evening meals to watch sunset is incredible. Very serene. Very humbling. I struggle to find any criticism. One thing: This is difficult for hard of walking or disabled. Courtesy pick ups and drop offs are great and mitigate this, but the whole complex, including the sister hotel is very steep. What makes this luxury resort special is it's staff. Incredibly hard working yet always had time for a smile and talk. Thank you for a fabulous time, a definite best in hospitality.
