Air-conditioning!!

Just back from a week at this Hotel & although spotlessly clean and very hardworking staff we are really disappointed the air conditioning was not repaired during our last 5 days and the torturous temperatures throughout the night made sleeping virtually impossible, after reporting the problem there were no signs of engineers & I heard many people informing the desk of this issue which obviously fell on deaf ears ! Food was good & carvery nice along with breakfast although juice is wishy washy , I had the worst Baileys ever & cocktails were awful & one was pure water & ice ! Unbelievably clean though & staff lovely bit overworked imho , queuing was a problem with one staff member so you won’t get tipsy very quickly here lol Town isn’t far away & nice evening walks did notice however it’s getting a little tired with littering a problem on the fronts , pity really, with a few adjustments it could compete with H10,s

Pros: 20 mins from airport Friendly staff, really helpful Roof terrace with cabana beds Big clean rooms with comfy beds Pool areas are clean and quiet No one bothers you to “get involved” Bar staff brought complimentary cucumber water around the pool Coastal walk and views Supermarket close by Outdoor seating for breakfast and evening meal Bottles of wine for evening meal not the awful tapped stuff Things that weren’t as great: The food isn’t brilliant. Definitely a heating food issue. But there’s plenty of options. Breakfast is good. Evening meal I just stuck to breads and salads and chips (I am a fussy eater). Personally I didn’t rate the beach. It’s big and clean and the water is clear and calm but it’s just hard like laying in concrete. (But this isn’t the hotels fault) There are loads of sun beds but there are only a handful of umbrellas so if like me you want some shade you do need to get up early. I’m sorry to say I was one of those people but because I had an umbrella I had lovely pool days. Didn’t have a sea veiw but very much enjoyed people watching from the balcony 😂 I didn’t pay loads and just wanted a week in the sun so for me this hotel was perfectly fine.

⸻ We stayed at this hotel for our family vacation in august 2025, and it was absolutely wonderful. The all-inclusive service was perfect for us — quite good food for our taste at every meal, a wide variety of drinks, and something for everyone to enjoy. (the only bad thing, that i missed the good soups from the menu) The waiters and staff spoke excellent English, which made communication so easy, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would happily return for another holiday. I would like to highlight the hotel’s animator, who entertained us with fantastic programs!! ❤️we played different games, such as pingpong, billiard and so on. he was really nice and helpful to everyone and gave special attention to our family. I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed his company:)

Disappointing stay

I have just come back from staying at this hotel. Having stayed at the neighbouring hotel San Jorge for many years I have always wanted to try this hotel. Firstly the hotel is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and for us breakfast was lovely. A variety of food. We didnt experience AL however the time I did purchase a cocktail it was disgusting. It was from a machine and had curdled. Wouldn't of been happy if I had paid for AL. The queue for the bar was ridiculous. Rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday . The hotel for me was sparse. There was a lot of space not being used. The entertainment from what we saw wasn't great and the hotel lacked atmosphere. A lot of the guests were rude, and no one seemed happy. I won't be staying here again, there was no holiday vibe and it was all very boring.

I was very worried about going after reading some of the previous reviews but we had a great time. We went AI and had a Junior Suite with Balcony overlooking the sea and it was perfect! The Hotel does look exactly like the advertising photos. The Staff are lovely and very friendly, you don't get a band for AI but the Staff ask for your room number - they only ask once and they always remember it (very talented). We never had a problem getting drinks at the bar, the queue was never longer than 3 people but I agree with other people about the cocktails - they are not nice and I suggest you drink something else. The food was lovely, maybe a bit lukewarm at times but there was always a lot of choice and they catered for everyone. I am a very fussy person and I have food allergies but I found something at every meal. There is Beer on tap in the restaurant and you can help yourself from bottles of wine in the evenings. The pools are all lovely, and the Chill out area is nice but no shade and I personally found it weird going in a hot jacuzzi on a boiling hot day. The Housekeeping Staff do an amazing job and the whole hotel is spotless, they are constantly working all through the day. The taxi from the Airport only cost 15 Euros and it's a short walk into Caleta De Fuste itself for the shops and restaurants. My only negative point is the lack of parasols around the pools. There are lots of sunbeds on site but only 7 parasols around the inner pool and none at all on the side of the Infinity pool and where the majority of sunbeds are. I am a redhead with pale skin so needed a parasol which meant getting up at 6.30am to put towels on the sunbeds - I have never experienced this before and never want to do it again. All in all I would recommend this hotel and would go back again.
