We spent 10 really nice days in this hotel. All praise to the entire staff, the varied and delicious food, the cleanliness, the animation program, the service worthy of the name all inclusive, in fact there is nothing that I would not rate as excellent. We really recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back. Thank you for a great vacation.

Avoid this hotel if your anything other than Russian. I only say this as I’ve never been met by so many Rude and obnoxious people. Love holidays mis-sold our room. Firstly many rooms have no balcony, including our room. The room itself was not cleaned to a great standard. The shower had smearing on the tiles and the waste bin was full of sanitary products. The sheets were changed once in 7 days. Outside our room was a leak of putrid water attracting mosquitoes so we couldn’t have the doors open. We were led to believe by pictures there was a double and a single bed and a balcony with refurbished room. This was not so and myself and sister had to share the one bed. No television signal. The hotel manager literally turned his back on our complaint and left his receptionist to explain it was the holiday providers fault. No good too us at 3 in the morning! The situation of the hotel is not central to anything and the life around it isn’t much. Food was good but again ruined by rude people and the beach with its own sunbeds and bar. This hotel is also 3 hours away from Antalya airport… bit of a drag. Please believe the reviews from the English if your are also English.

We had good holidays with our Family. Everyone can find something for himseves. Turkish food is really delicious in this hotel. Hammam and massage were pure luxus and Animation team, swimming guard and all from hotelservice were rally nice and symphathics! They took care of us and we felt really good!
