I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. My impressions are mixed. First, we were given a standard room on the ground floor – damp, with insects on the walls, no terrace, and moisture in two corners. After we complained, they moved us to a decent room on the 7th floor. The new room was fine, but definitely not up to the level of a 5-star hotel. The food was good, no complaints except for the fruit. The rooms are cleaned daily. The elevators are a disaster – overcrowded and slow. The pool is good. Entertainment was good as well. The beach, however, was the worst I’ve ever been to – very little gravel at the entrance and concrete slabs everywhere. The beach bar closes at 5 PM. All in all, the hotel is okay, but it deserves a maximum of 4 stars.

Super staff, super rooms. Beach is full of rocks, and for me not good. Water is top. Food every day same. Animation team is perfect kind. 4* for sure!

Very bad experience and unhelpful front desk staff. The room was very run down with broken air condition that is tapped with a plaster and so loud that kept us awake after a long travel. Broken toilet fan so the toilet stinks, hard mattress, broken safe and more. The front desk reply was identify all problems in the room and we will fix them. I am not here to help you fix your broken facilities, I am expected to check in, in a proper and comfortable room. They refused to provide me with newer/newly developed room unless I pay extra for it as it is different category. Don’t waste your money and your holiday.

The best time

We had a fantastic time on this holiday. We are a family of 6 with two young boys 13 and 10. They had a great time on the slide with a brilliant lifeguard keeping them safe. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. The boys loved the lunch time pool bar wraps. Reception was amazing and helped me out on many occasions. They opened my suitcase as my key broke. My towl feel off my balcony and they found it. The animation team were amazing. We played darts and bingo. You dont have to join in if you do not want too. We had the best time. Thank you so much. Love Kelly, Dan, Jess, Obama, charlie and Fred.
