Lovely place rooms clean and a beautiful view great facilities whilst we didn't find the food to our taste as quite often the same thing and I see others have mentioned this although it didn't stop people piling their plates high and behaving like vultures that have been starved for weeks Over all we are enjoying our stay

Positives: nice location close to beach, great views, very clean and tidy, gardens well maintained. Beach kept tidy by Stellios who was amazing such a helpful man and was busy, fetching and carrying sunbeds to ensure everyone had one, he kept the seaweed from building up too much and overall was the best member of staff we came across. Pool very clean and good size, plenty of sunbeds. Bar by pool provided drinks and food. Restaurant: good selection of salads Fruit available but a little tired. Air conditioner was good in my room. Shop opposite hotel was easy to access and reasonably priced. I requested a pillow to replace the rock i had been provided with and this arrived the next day. Negatives: some staff were rude and unhelpful, they did not appear happy to work there , a few exceptions, mainly cleaning staff, and of course Stellios on the beach. Food was basic but not hot enough. Travelled with a friend who had her own room. We had booked twin rooms each. I was taken to my room via a hotel buggy and ceremoniously dumped. There was no kettle no water and we were provided with a very dry unpalatable sandwich. I had no WiFi in my room which was more like a two star room, it was very shabby and dated. Lighting was poor, bathroom had a stained toilet and shower was not fit for purpose, the shower pointed out of the bath at the end and the floor got more water than i did. It also ran hot and cold. A shower curtain was in place.Neither telephone in both rooms was working, and we were unable to contact reception, my friend was taken to her room and i was unable to contact her or find reception in the dark, we both felt very vulnerable, and totally disorientated. I requested a kettle and was told i could have one if it became available, this arrived two days later. I was told a kettle and WiFi is available in my room by reception staff. Food was satisfactory but not hot enough, we ate out a few times adding to the overall cost of our trip. Beach towels were replaced weekly which in my opinion is too long as i found it difficult to get them dry. I had difficulty obtaining two towels as the reception staff said i could only have one even though i was in a twin room. Rooms are not serviced daily and sheets are changed every three days. My friend had a an upgraded room which was satisfactory, but i was left in the two star room. I asked to be moved and was told they would try and do this, not to contact them though, they would contact me, which of course never happened. I could not understand how the rooms were so far apart when we had booked under the same booking. Overall very disappointed and would not return to this hotel.
