Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Rooms - a massive ant problem, then the cockroaches, dripping air on all night because it was blocked, moved rooms only to now have NO WATER AT ALL! Can’t wash or shower. I asked reception if I could go somewhere to shower and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and there was not one available. Pool - daily fight for a sunbed. You need to be there by 8.30 Food - terrible. Never hot. The eating areas are so noisy and crowded and hot, staff look miserable, never saw one smile. Honestly, if you’re reading this and considering this hotel, please don’t do it. It’s really bad. I’d go home tomorrow if I could.

What a bad hotel. It’s just crazy. Me and my girlfriend traveled 11 hours to this hotel, just to hear that there was a technical problem and because of that there wasn’t a room for us. It’s just rediciulous and very unprofessional. Atleast they could’ve give us a call before we arrived that there wasn’t a room free. Now we came to this hotel for absolutely nothing. Just ridiculous and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They have to be ashamed of themself. Secondly! They gave us a new hotel, with higher stars and reviews etc. But they literally gave us from the cheapest rooms also the baddest, with al balcony that had a view on an wall. Just rediculous. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

The area is very good, not long distanse to the beach, food is very good, entertaniment is very good . Overall deserves its 4 stars from my opinion and it well worth coming here.

We had lovely stay at Evita resort there was couple of animation team that were really nice to be around Sam and Ralu made us feel welcome .

A hotel where dozens of cockroaches (karachans) coming out of a nearby cesspool are not in 4-star standard, but at best a poor one. The dismissive attitude of the receptionists, the unwillingness to exchange the room for another one that does not have a problem with bugs. Maybe every room have such problem? I do not know. I do know that at least a dozen guest rooms have struggled with this. Cockroaches in toilet, in the hallway, in the rooms, on personal items, pillows, or at the entrances to the rooms. We spend at least two hours a day (every day, problems occurred at the beginning of our holidays) checking the room, personal things and killing bugs. There was no real help from the travel agency (polish TUI.pl - I do not recommend their service). The travel agency resident was more interested in ending her job than in actually supporting the situation. The food was average, rooms in poor condition. The animation, attractions in the hotel and the cleanliness of the pool were noteworthy. The staff's condescending attitude and the mere fact that we lived with cockroaches throughout our stay were the most unsettling aspects. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
