F Zeen is a very special place, like no other. 20 minutes away from the airport, The design and decor of the hotel is beautiful and sympathetic to the surrounding area, the views are wonderful. As it is spread over 3 floors, it never feels too busy. The App is so easy to use to book classes and the choice is huge. The teachers were friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding. The Spa treatments delightful. The outdoor cinema a great experience. The staff very friendly and attentive. I simply cannot wait to visit again.

First class solo retreat

Wow my first time travelling solo in search of yoga and some healthy space as a busy working mum of teenagers. This was just perfect. The resort is beautiful and so many thoughtful touches. The room was lovely with glorious locally made toiletries. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I never felt lonely. The classes were all excellent I did lots of yoga en Pilates and had 2 weight PT sessions 1:1 which were tailored and excellent. The spa was wonderful with treatments lasting longer than expected with skilful staff. The food was fresh and balanced. It was very quiet end of season and some things on the seafront were already closed. However weather was perfect c 25 sunny in the day and chilly evening. Worth brining socks and shawl to sit outside for the evening cinema. I’m booking to come back and highly recommend. I’m going home feeling restored and a healthier and fitter mummy!

Absolutely perfect!

I was travelling alone start of October 2024. Weather was still perfect and the area was not too crowded. It's a perfect time to visit Kefalonia. The hotel is amazing with all the sport offers - it's great if you travel alone as there is so much to do. The yoga classes were amazing and the teachers absolutely great. Very helpful and nice. I had a solo packages with additional spa treatments - which were proper 75 min and 90 long (and not as expected a quick 30 min treatment). Also it did include a sunset e mountain bike tour which was stunning and highly recommended. Also there are kayaks/SUPs for free to use which is worth a try to paddle around a bit. My package also included the airport transfers (ca 20 min by car) and a guided kayak tour. The breakfast was included and absolutely amazing. The variety of food, drinks etc was delicious. And a lot to choose from and you could always order more than one options. Quite generous. A great way to start the day. The hotel has 3 pools and it never felt crowded and sometimes I had a pool to myself. The restaurant food was also delicious and I tried the room service once which didn't disappoint either. There is a bit of a lack of snack options on the menu or around the hotel if you don't feel too hungry. The closest supermarket was closed but there was another one 15 min up the hill and also bakery open during the day. Lots of nice restaurants around the seaside and up the hill. It's quite hilly there and can be a bit a mission but it's worth exploring the area away from the sea. I did rent an e bike to explore the area a bit and I can highly recommend it - it's a fun and easy way to get around. The beach is ok.... but there is better ones in the area. But the hotel beach has nice sun loungers etc and it's a good option. I can highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back - especially end of September/start of October which seems to be the perfect time.

Our F Zeen Retreat stay was everything we hoped for, we will defiantly return again, The the location and grounds are beautiful and wellness facilities to match . Restaurant food was lovely with a wonderful menu to choose from. All the staff were knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this F Zeen Retreat for wellness holiday.

Good food, bad room

The place is beautiful but take in mind the daily cardio steps to go anywhere. For the price paid I was not able to sleep from the noise (washing machines?) I don't know. Anyways, the staff was amazing as last year, this time I spoke more with them and I find out how bad they are treated, with no days off and extra hours not paid. After paying a good quantity for the stay they should improve the walls and give better conditions to the workers.
