Fair House Villas and Spa (SHA Extra+)

I had a wonderful stay at Fair House Villas & Spa in Koh Samui. The resort is tucked away in the quiet Mae Nam area, surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful Thai-style villas. Our Pool Villa was spacious and private, with a lovely garden and plunge pool. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The beach and pool area were quiet and relaxing, and the free paddleboards and kayaks were a fun bonus. The on-site restaurant has stunning views and decent food, though prices were a bit high. The spa was excellent, and I appreciated the resort’s eco-friendly efforts like their organic garden and reef conservation project. It’s a great spot for couples or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, tropical setting. Would definitely return!

Agoda messed up our booking so book here not on Agoda! Tee was extremely helpful and sorted it out for us. Beds are comfy and rooms clean 10/10 service from the staff here. They even help carry your bags to the rooms. Pool is very nice too, restaurant is also good.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Fairhouse Villas and Spa. We are a lesbian couple and felt very safe and welcome here. The staff were so kind to me and my family, they made the stay feel really special. Every single member of staff was fantastic. We had a lovely driver one day who gave great restaurant recommendations, the cleaners and staff in the restaurant were really kind and always happy to give tips on what to see and do. Activities - The hotel has kayaks and sup boards which meant we spent fun times paddling around the bay. Noi the massage therapist was incredible, the spa space is gorgeous and has air conditioning. Our boys had a foot massage by the pool in the pagoda one day too which was fun. Room - We had a two bedroom garden villa. This meant we had two bathrooms which was great when sharing with our sons. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hotel supplies beach towels and they also give new bottles of water every day. The villas are surrounded by luscious greenery and there’s tree shrews, butterfly’s and birds to watch which we loved. Food - the restaurant looks out across the sea and felt really airy and spacious. Breakfast was fab - great selection from fresh fruit, yoghurts, fried rice, noodles, Thai soup station, pastries, some western stuff like sausages and bacon, there’s also a menu for eggs which includes an amazing Thai omelette. It was so hot while we stayed that we did eat there a few times. We would recommend the tom kha gai and panang goong. It’s a very short (2 minute) walk across the beach to Treehouse which does really great Thai food. Location - the hotel is down a little road. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk down and there’s a Tops daily at the bottom where you can get drinks, snacks and ice creams. Grab is really efficient in Koh Samui. You book one and a minute later they magically appear and it’s super cheap. This meant we had the best of both worlds - peace, quiet and relaxation at the hotel which has a lovely beach in front used by very few people. Then when you want to go somewhere busier it’s not far or expensive in a grab to go elsewhere a bit of buzz. We will definitely come and visit again, thank you so much for a wonderful time Fairhouse!!!
