Positives = Just spent 10 days at this beautiful hotel, start to finish ALL staff incredible they are a credit to the owners. We were in 334 overlooking Fire pit garden very quiet. Hotel and the beautiful ground are all immaculate, room was clean spacious and comfortable. Dining room had options of eating in or out bonus in the hot weather Phillipe and his team down there are fantastic, foid is varied and very good, staff so effecient. The lovley lady who looked after our room was amazing she left us clean towels every day shaped into animals on some days. changed our bed linen frequently needed in the heat. Entertainment was rather poor semi amatuers at best such a shame. As this was our 1st time in Portugal we didnt know wat to expect especially after the chaos at the airpirt (2hrs at passport control) was awfulnot much better coming back. But we had a really nice stay .Things to consider, 2€ tax per person per day maximum 7 days, water is not served at dinner and is 3.5€ per bottle, bar prices in the main reasonable 4 20€ pint of beer soft drinks we felt expensive, cocktails around 9€ and were very good if you arrive before check in charge to go in room early. Whilst we couldnt really fault any thing neg for us was location, once out of hotel main street has couple of bars, several resturaunts and supermarket. Far too quite for us no were to walk to either we like a nice walk and few drinks after dinner but unfortunatly couldnt do that here. To consider we spent quite a lot of money getting around ie via hotel bus 10€ per person to albufuria, 13€ per person to villamoura, 22€ per person to Silves all worth visits, we went to albufuriaseveral times beware thovery rowdy ! Ubers are very good here and far cheaper than taxis eg taxi from airport 58€ uber 19€ just something to be aware off if your on a budget. Finally a massive shout out to lads on reception who helped us massivly on arrival following my husband leaving his ipad on plane they sorted private car and driver to take us to airport to retrieve it big thank you. So to Chris and all his team at Falasia well done keep up the good work you are all wonderful,
