Not sure how hotel is classed as 5star premium. Bar, restaurant and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Beach and pool were lovely. Reception staff not very helpful. Food was adequate but definitely not 5star as menu was very repetitive so we ended up eating out a couple of times for some variety. Pictures of hotel give impression that all rooms have walk in showers. They do not. Some rooms have static showers over very deep baths which are difficult to get in and out of. Lack of air con in lift, corridors and other parts of the hotel.

Excellent stay - we loved everything!

Excellent stay, we loved everything. The room was spacious and comfortable. Food was excellent, good choice of cocktails too. The setting was perfect, beautiful beach one side and pool area on the other. The staff are so helpful and work really hard. We had a turkish massage in the hotel spa - absolutely fantastic - their massages are the best - really recommend! We loved the 2 friendly dogs belonging to the hotel and the cats. Loads of shops and bars within walking distance and So much to do in the area. We spent several days just relaxing on the beach but also managed to fit in the sea taxi to marmaris - (the castle is well worth a visit if you like a bit of history and there is a beautiful little cafe on the way up to it called Sunger cafe), parasailing and massage so felt we had the perfect holiday. We will definitely come back - can’t wait!

Excellent All Inclusive Hotel

A fantastic 11 days in this All Inclusive hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't have done anymore.....service was excellent on the front counter, room cleaning, bar staff, Spa, entertainment crew and the restaurant staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and wanted to help. An excellent location right next to the beach and a very good buffet at the All inclusive, with ice creams and deserts through the day. We will be back some day having really enjoyed our stay!!

Very lovely hotel & friendly staff. Cha Cha was especially helpful when wanting to get a tattoo. And the tattoo artist done an amazing job! Would definitely recommend vivid ink.
