Situated on a long stretch of beach ideal for sunbathing and swimming, this comfortable hotel built in traditional Mexican architecture offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon. There are public transportation links only 50 m from the hotel. In the vicinity, there is a plethora of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, cafés and a bustling nightlife. Breakfast staff is amazing, Eladio Hereclio Jafot Daniel Magi Made our breakfast very enjoyable, quick with picking up plates and refills on drinks. Rooms were kept very clean and refilled with towels and drinks. Sushi bar excellent, the gentleman that work there amazing. Pedro from the swim up pool also amazing.

The hotel staff and hospitality was top notch!! Everyone was so happy and helpful!! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! This hotel was very family oriented and very clean. We totally enjoyed our stay! and can't wait to go back next year!

I loved my stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful—I highly recommend it. Christian from the vacation club made me feel right at home from the moment he assisted me with my excursions. The service at the restaurant was outstanding, and all the staff members like Heraclio, and Isaías are so friendly that I will definitely have to come back to experience the same level of care again. Travel to paradise—Cancun—and enjoy unforgettable moments with the wonderful people who work here.

Amazing experience the highlight of which was the team that we encountered every day. From start to finish of the experience they go out of their way to make you feel special and welcome. I heard family a lot in Mexico, which was wonderful, but with Eladio and his staff you really feel it. Along with him I would highlight Alberto, Dolores, Magely, and Henry to look out for. They will take awesome care of you!
