The service here was great and we absolutely loved all the activities and food options that were available. The entertainment team was awesome! Aracelis, Junior, Jeremy, and Sólida were especially welcoming and made the experience really fun! We would definitely love to come back here and would recommend to friends!

Exceptional Service

I have been to this resort several times. The rooms and balcony's are excellent. The restaurants and service is exceptional. Each time I go back exceeds my expectations. Ramon, Artemis and Edwin at the beach set up our beach chairs each day, offer to get lunch, refreshments etc., and not to forget the beautiful and thoughtful beach towel art for special occasions and your last day. Also Dania Y who greets me and my family like we are her family, no request too little or too small, again exceptional service. They are the reason why I go back twice a year.

My stay at the Finest was great from the service, cleanliness, and food. The place gets lively at times and calm when needed to be. The Entertainment team was very lovely and admiring, especially Aracelis Soledad junior jeremi always kept me informed of all the activities. The stays here have pools with beautiful decorations. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I would love to come back!

The Finest is fabulous! The pools are clean and beautiful, the gym is great and I really love all the activities especially the aeroyoga and paddle yoga. We got mud masks on the beach from Soledad Araceli and junior. I like the staff from the hotel - so friendly! Thank you !!
