Outstanding Service

We spent our honey moon at this hotel. The hotel booked a taxi for us to the airport to go home. I forgot my wallet in the taxi. The hotel managed to call the taxi and get the wallet back. Sort out with international shipping and ship the wallet back to me in 1 week. From Dubai to Sweden. So happy that the hotel staff Mr. Riyaz and Daya were able to sort out problem out for us. Big thanks to you. Would recommend the hotel. Another service that they provided was to get us tickets to a private beach at the Palm Jumeirah for free.

I had a wonderful experience staying at First Central Hotel Suites. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the metro, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and key areas in Dubai. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which made it ideal for a longer stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and any requests were handled quickly and professionally. The rooftop pool is a real highlight, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!
