Neighbours from HELL!!!!!

Neighbours from Hell!!! We are staying at the next door condominium block and throughout the entire 5 days you had hundreds of uncontrollable students shouting until the morning. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Portimao is lovely but this destroyed our experience! I can only imagine how “amazing” it was for your other family guests at the hotel!

NOISY, NOISY, NOISY. EVEN MORE NOISY.

Probably 200 plus college age kids staying here for a volleyball tournament. One group went home, (had a night of peace), then hundreds of them turned up the next day. Shouting. Screaming, partying, running in corridors. Smelly drugs from balcony below. Moved us to 6th floor after 2 days because of noise above, scraping chairs etc..... Staff are trying to help but just too many of them and no security. Now they have moved them all over our floor, they are everywhere. Lovely apartment, one of the best I have stayed in, very friendly people. Another unlucky event is the motorbike racing weekend, the whole area is full of hundreds of motorbikes constantly revving their engines up and down the roads, it doesn't stop. ( Not the hotels fault). Lovely apartment, good location, terrible noise from stupid college students, seem to be a lot of British and Portuguese. It's 10.15, clocks go forward tonight. Need to be up for airport at 04.30. Still stupid noisy. Might get a few hours sleep, might not. Never stay here end of March, apparently this happens every year. So disappointed that they could not keep all of the little ######## away from regular guests.

Hotel from hell

Lovely apartments but !!!! We had 5 nights of hell There was hundreds of teenagers staying in supervised making so much noise 24:7 . The hotel moved us to the top floor and then they decided to put more teenagers next to us and through every room and corridor they were partying and screaming !!! We complained time and again , each time they sent someone out to ask them to be quiet and they continued again afterwards . The noise went on all day and all night , horrendous!!! This hotel is completely spoiled by the management allowing so many youths to stay in the hotel !! If you’re an adult , do not stay here !!

Great Appointment . Fairly spacious. Comfortable beds , small balcony . Fairly good location. Very clean, nice pool area, nice pool bar . Menu poor at bar . Friendly staff, . Reception staff very helpful

Excellent apartments in a quiet area

I am currently on my last day of a solo stay in this hotel and have loved my stay here. The apartment is the best I have ever stayed in, size wise it's huge and the shower is amazing. Plenty of sunloungers and a fabulous bar/games room. The cleaners and reception staff all friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return!
