This hotel has complicated and contradicting staff. I booked for one night and it was awful. The receptionist staff were like security staff, very firm. Access to the room from reception is via lefts that does not have card access requirement. Any stranger man can access with no issue (exception is delivery men are banned from using it). However, If a lady wearing normal dress, she will be stopped at reception. I asked my friend to enter from the basement, where the lefts can take you right away to any floor. Then there is the issue of sound proofing. This hotel has NO whatsoever any sound proofing. I can hear all the talk of other rooms. Now the room cleanness, I'm not sure what was the room cleaned with, street water maybe. The tile was covered with brownish layer as if muddy water used. My room was at the main street, so you can imagine how noisy were the cars. The room area was ok, but the chair provided for the office desk is not related to office ergonomics. I had a stopover in Dubai, which I usually do but in other nearby hotels. Now I knew why the low price. The restaurant was overpriced. I ordered steak medium done with mash potato. I took a table in the corner at glass wall. Apparently, it was the hotel backdoor access which my frightened used later to escape from my room so that no one can investigate her. When the order finally arrived, I politely asked the waiter if this piece of meat was frozen, he went to check with chef and came back with answer yes. I explained to him that not any part of the cow can be served as a steak. I asked him to bring back the menu as I recall It was sirloin photo. Upon checking the whole menu, no photo of steak was there. I felt embarrassed, the I looked back in the menu where the steak was mentioned, the type was not mentioned nor the weight of meat. It was victory for the waiter. I decided to enjoy the mash Potato; it tasted good till I decided to add some pepper from pepper can on the Table. It tastes like anti-pets' chemical. I left most of the meal and run away to my room. while about to sleep, the phone range very loudly. Upon answering the restaurant reminded me I didn't pay. I apologized and asked to add it to my bell. Few minutes later, the waiter knocked the door and asked and handed the bell. I called the front desk after paying and asked how much was deposited amount. It was well above the "dinner" cost. Then I asked him why the restaurant didn't add it to my bell. A promise of solving the issue was stated. When finally trying to sleep, after understanding the confusing lights switch, the irregular peace attached to the TV with red light was really annoying. I called the front desk who apparently didn't understand my complain and decided to send the technician. When he entered my room, I told him about the issue and while taking he turned on the TV and switch off then turned it on and told me it is working fine. I took the remote and switch it off and ask him this red light is no good. he then understood and apologize for it. The guy was kind and offered me a sticker to cover it. The TV seems brand new Samsung and I don't recall any Samsung tv with such red light beneath it. The internet speed was really good. As for toilet, shower gel and rest of items were good and seems following the sustainability things. Towels were fresh and clean. Of course you can tell what is going in next room toilet. Air ventilation of the toiles is not existing. The corridor to my room was full of dirt, and the garbage or food remaining were in front of every door. The bed was unusually comfortable and clean. Nothing around the hotel apart from hospitals and industrial stores. If you decided to stay in this hotel, cancel the plan of visitors, get your meals in nearby hotels, bring noise cancellation headset (airPod is not designed to handle such noise) and it is NOT recommended to stay more than 24 hours unless you have no other option. I didn't try the amenity facilities.
