Florida Al Souq Hotel

Hi everyone ! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this DIRTY HOTEL... I was so shocked still shocked to see how they do not respect the costumers for putting them in these conditions ⛔️⛔️⛔️ Roaches and dirt all over the room !!!! See by yourself

Overall this hotel is nice. Only problem is they don’t have service board in the room such as do not disturb or housekeeping service board. They might have a paper to put on a door handle but I didn’t see it from the room. Because of this housekeeping rang the room bell around 10:30 in the morning. Got very weird answer from room service order take, upon my arrival I was so tired and want to order room service but he said they have only buffet and can’t order room service. Since I’m new to that area and it’s really difficult to find a restaurant nearby but luckily I managed to have my lunch. There’s two particular receptionist very helpful. One is African girl who’s on morning shift and one Indian gentleman very helpful who’s in night shift I guess. If you want more WiFi connection you can asked from reception. They will provide without any extra charges. Bed is comfortable but they put two single duvet in one bed. Later I found they convert twin bed to master bed by just using king mattress protector and bedsheet. Other than this, this hotel is okay.

The staff of this hotel is very kind. The airport pickup was very efficient, the WiFi worked well. The bed was nice and the room spacious. But when I first entered my room I found an injection needle (luckily with the cap on it) on the floor. It was very orange, so I think they should have seen it... The hot water was just not-cold until I asked to do something about it. I wanted to have dinner around 7 and the restaurant turned out to be closed.. The location is great though, close to the metro station and a nice supermarket just around the corner. The street is pretty quiet at night.

I stayed in that hotel in 2016 and 2017( in January and in March). The hotel offers value for the price. It is clean, and very well located. Personnel is trained, management is reliable, breakfast is good! I stay in that hotel every time I visit Dubai and I do recommend it to all who need to stay in Dubai at affordable price and be confident that s(he) will not be disappointed. Regards, Galina

Visited Dubai with a large group of 63 people. Florida Al Souq has a chain of buildings around the Deira area and was able to accommodate everyone one of us. Hotel was neat and well kept. Courteous and helpful staff. WiFi connectivity was superb. Breakfast was nice but not too much of a variety. Hotel is about 100meters to the Sabkha bus station and 400meters to the metro station. Gold soul is about 5mins walk. So its location is fantastic. The choice of TV channels is very limited though - not that I had time for TV. Fantastic all round. Recommended if you are on a low budget and are doing lots of buying from the local market.
