Love the team, feel appreciated as a multistayer Very helpfull for the entire stay. Including preparing for a bfast box early in the moring due to my Scuba Trip. Front desk team very professional & helpfull with a smile. Appreciate for the consistent room upgrade. A little suggestion, Breakfast need more selection & variety. A good review that well deserve .

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was truly out of this world. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always smiling—it made such a difference and really elevated the whole experience. The attention to detail, genuine friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel so well looked after throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across service like this, and it’s something I won’t forget anytime soon. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place where you feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Location is everything if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere is great as well. The rooms are great and clean. We had a pool room which was fantastic. The breakfast was ok could be more variety for westerners. Overall the people are wonderful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for relaxing and great time.

We booked this place for a quiet short getaway with family, and it delivered. Super chill vibes, but don’t expect all the bells and whistles though. This place is slightly away from the busy town area. There’s a regular shuttle that brings you to Seminyak Square if needed. Shout out to the lovely crew, including Chef Kadek and his team, for their kindness and hospitality every morning. Something to look forward to!
