Very comfortable room and excellent staff in every area of the hotel. I would definitely stay in the hotel again. The restaurant was very good. The front desk staff was nice and very professional. The best choice for visiting the Galenia hospital next door. Highly recommended! Thank you Sheraton Four Points Centro Cancun.

Clean rooms, polite staff and an overall nice experience. It’s not centrally located to the main tourist areas but I didn't mind since the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I wish there were more nearby restaurants and not just the hotel ones but it’s still a decent location especially for the price.

Rooftop pool! Sun from sunrise to sunset... Well maintained. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Big showers. Breakfast buffet ample, lots of choices. I was here 12 nights. Close to shopping mall, if needed. Good choices for food nearby, even a Walmart Express. Would recommend and return.
