The resort occupies the entire Island Of Kuda Huraa with a total area of 12 acres. This charge is in addition to the room rate per night. This charge is intended to cover a portion of costs associated with our employees. The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is on a private coral island just a brief speedboat ride away from the Male Airport. This quiet haven of 96 bungalows is designed as an exotic village set in a 4.86 hectare 12 acre garden aglow with bougainvillea bird of paradise and frangipani. Guest bungalows feature over water and beach front locations are designed using indigenous materials and constructed by talented local craftsmen. Contemporary comforts including flat screen tv and CD DVD player. FESTIVE CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT POLICY DEC 21 2020 to JAN 11 2021 A minimum stay of 8 nights is required between Dec 27 and Jan 2. Check ins and check outs are not permitted on Dec 31 or Jan 1. Cancellation must be received 90 days prior to arrival by 6pm local hotel time or guest will be charged 100 percent of the room charge for the entire reserved stay. The same policy applies to no shows. A 50 percent deposit is required at time of booking and a full prepayment is required by 60 days prior to arrival. If a stay includes the nights of Dec 24 and Dec 31 there is a compulsory dinner supplement for all guests. Rates are subject to taxes.
