Official Description

Situated along the east coast of Mauritius in Trou d'Eau Douce, Friday Attitude offers air-conditioned rooms with direct access to a white sandy beach with thatched umbrellas. There is a lush garden with an outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers. The rooms are simply decorated and open onto a private balcony with garden views. They each have a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Guests can relax with a massage or an outdoor activity such as snorkelling. A child-minding service is offered and there is a games room with billiards, table tennis and darts. Free Wi-Fi is available at the front desk. The hotel has also its own Bulk Shop, where guests can help themselves to tea and coffee for their room in reusable glass jars.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach, great moments with friends.

Hotel very small but very cozy and service more personalised. Beautiful property, pool a bit small but the beach makes up for it. Not so wide variety of food at the buffet, but the service provided makes up for this as well. So overall a very good experience and will definitely come back. Special mentions to Lovesh, Yogesh at the bar, and Madhvi at the Spa (massages are a must-try).

Anniversary and Birthday vacation

My Wife and I had planned for our 11th Wedding anniversary we wanted to visit Mauritius. Friday Attitude was the best value for money. The staff was amazing and helpful. Chef Ruben made me a birthday cake. Jessy, Lakshmi, Adai,Vinesh and many more wonderful staff made us at home. Thank you All.

Family time - Surprise birthday 🎂

It's my second visit. This time, it was for my mom's birthday, and we were there for four days. It was the best family holiday we've had at the hotel. I thought my 3-year-old daughter would be bored, but the kids' club was simply amazing. All the staff were very welcoming, be it the bartender, waiter, and even the housekeeping lady. My special thanks go to Princy, who went above and beyond to plan that birthday surprise; Mr. Vishal (if I got his name right—he will recognize himself, "ti-vitess"—) at the reception for his humorous nature; Mr. Ravi and Mr. Faizal, who were always there to ensure all clients received the same treatment; and, without forgetting the night shift guy at the reception who always served me a hot cappuccino after 23hr30 with a cute smile 😊. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to feel at home. The hospitality is top-notch. Will definitely be back. From Mehnaaz Room no.105

It's my second visit to this hotel. This time was for the celebration of my mom's birthday. We had the best time there. It was indeed a real family holiday where we felt at home during those four days. My special thanks go to Princy, who went above and beyond to plan the surprise birthday; Mr. Vishal (if the name is correct - he would recognised himself, "ti-vitesse") for his humorous nature; Mr. Ravi and Mr. Faizal for always being there to make sure everything went well. Overall, to all the staff there—the bartender, the housekeeping lady, and, without forgetting, the guy at the reception who always served me hot cappuccino after 11:30 PM with a cute smile. ❤️ The kids' club was great! Friday Attitude lies on the east coast of Mauritius in the peaceful fishing village of Trou d’Eau Douce. This cosy 3*+ hotel is a great choice for couples, families and friends. The vibe is fresh, contemporary and relaxed. Every day is Friday here! Exotic plants surround the hotel, giving the space a laid-back island feel. Renovated in 2020, the 50 rooms are just steps from the beach – with 15 rooms specially designed for families. The beach is shaded by coconut trees and dotted with beach huts facing Ile aux Cerfs. You can expect white sands and a striking blue lagoon typical of Mauritius. Little ones love the Ayo le Dodo kids’ club, set right on the beach. The newly revamped WE Beach Bar, complete with a sand floor and swings, is a fantastic spot for oceanfront drinks. When it comes to dining, there are 2 restaurants and a street food cart serving authentic local dishes.
