First the good things great location you can step out of the hotel onto the beach. Near lots of bars and restaurants. Room small but ok and clean. Bad bits don't go all inclusive the food is cold every meal time, they supply a microwave to warm up the cold food not what you would except from a 4 star hotel. If your a coke drinker beware the coke is like something I have never tasted it's terrible, the same goes for the local sprits. We ended up buying proper coke and paying for vodka. The pool is tiny and limited beds so unless you are an early riser you have pay 25euros for 2 beds and a brolley on the beach. No atmosphere at the pool during the day. Don't forget that there is a government tax of 20euro per room per day. More like 2 star hotel.

Lovely beachfront hotel with clean pool and great food. Free pool towels provided. We were upgraded to a superior suite on arrival, which was great. Entertainment was great and loved the rooftop bar too. Close to main strip of Laganas too.

A poor experience.

Hotel was clean. The food was cold, plates that were supposed to be warm were cold. Entertainment was poor, rooms were ok. Babies in nappies were in adults swimming pool even though there was a child's pool - not hygenic ! Charge of 25 euros per day for two sunbeds on beach, so be aware. A mocktail I asked for was a Sprite! Non alcoholic beer was 5 euros even though we went All Inclusive. We won't be going back. The government need to use the tax paid to clean up the resort, it was full of litter, bottles & plastic it looked a disgrace. Weather was excellent thank goodness.
