Our stay was made truly memorable by the incredible staff, who were kind, attentive, and genuinely considerate — especially after I injured my leg. I felt very well taken care of during the entire stay. A special mention to TANG, who truly went above and beyond his warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service made all the difference. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would! He was a big part of what made our stay so pleasant. BOO from housekeeping also deserves recognition for her genuine compassion and care when she saw my injured leg she made sure to ask me everyday if I was okay. I truly appreciated her kindness throughout. RECEPTION team was also impressive one of them even administered first aid when I arrived from the accident, and the manager regularly checked in on me whenever we crossed paths. The only downside was a minor issue with one of the buggy drivers (Ei or iE). When we first arrived, he was quite hostile, and unfortunately, that cold treatment continued over the following days. We later understood that guests are expected to go to the front after calling for a buggy, which differs from other hotels we’ve stayed at. When I called reception, I asked whether we should wait or go out to meet him we apologized after he raised his voice when we just arrived, again we didn’t know, it’s the reason we asked reception if we should wait for a call back once buggy is there or go wait for him, we remained kind throughout and said our thank you’s and appreciation everytime, but the cold treatment persisted, making those rides uncomfortable. Thankfully, we didn’t encounter him during the last couple of nights of our stay. We don’t want to cause him trouble we only hope that he takes a gentler approach with future guests. Overall, sincere thanks to the entire team for making our stay comfortable despite the incident. Your care and service were truly appreciated.
