I know this hotel from the inside. In 2025 I returned as a guest, and I can confirm: the quality, atmosphere, and standards remain excellent. Arrival & Reception Warm welcome, fast and smooth check-in, professional communication. International reception team, elegant uniforms, confident and polite staff. You immediately feel the level of hospitality and training. Room I stayed in a Sea View room with a private pool. Perfectly clean, quiet, fresh, maintained to a very high standard. No signs of wear — everything looks and feels cared for. Housekeeping works accurately and attentively, just like I remember from my time here. Dining High service standards, organized and calm team, good food quality. A special highlight: Tasos, my former manager, arranged a complimentary dinner in the Greek à-la-carte taverna and a bottle of excellent wine. A thoughtful, personal touch that I truly appreciate. Staff & Hotel Culture I was happy to see many familiar staff members still working here — and some who have grown into higher positions. This says a lot about the atmosphere, management, and the hotel’s values. Staff here are trained and supported, and it reflects in guest experience. Conclusion I have seen this hotel from two sides — as part of the staff and now as a guest. And I can confidently say: Gennadi Grand Resort maintains high standards, strong service culture, and excellent hospitality. I returned — and I would return again.
