Gennadi Grand Resort

This was our first stay at the Gennadi Grand Resort. My husband and I and our two adult children stayed in two Junior Suites with the Premium All Inclusive package. The Resort is outstanding. If you prefer a quieter holiday without crowded pools and queues then Gennadi Grand Resort is perfect. Our suites were kept beautifully by the housekeeping staff and were spacious and modern. The entire resort is spotless and maintained to a high level. The staff, from the Resort Manager to maintenance staff, are all courteous and happy in their work. Nothing is too much bother for the hospitality team - the staff in the various restaurants and bars want to provide the best possible experience for you. The food provided is delicious, exhaustive in choice and presented beautifully. There is something for every taste and dietary need. The rooftop restaurant is a must and Konstantinos’ Gin Experience is very special. We experienced the Strawberry Moon Dinner in the rooftop restaurant which was stunning. The food was first class and the wines chosen to accompany each course had been carefully selected. It was a beautiful evening we will all remember for ever. The many pools are so clean, cool but not cold and were never crowded during our stay. There is a strict sun bed reservation rule (which is great) - we always had a choice of where to lie. The beach has many sun-beds and parasols and waiter service for drinks and food is readily available. The Gennadi has a brilliant app for ordering food & drinks to your location or making restaurant reservations. Our holiday was perfect in every way and worth every penny. We’ve already booked to holiday there again next year. Thank you to all at the Gennadi Grand Resort!

My 5th time! What can i say! If i had to give a mention to everyone it would take a long time!!! The cleaners do an absolutely amazing job and are often overlooked!! I stay normally in block 4007, 4012 and 4013 and they have THE BEST hard working ladies! They always recognise me and give bug hugs!!!! The best Porter us Elin with his infectious smile and radiance of happiness!!!!! His wife is adorable too! She works in the bar between the pool and beach! Restaurant/bar staff amazing as always! Happy smiley faces making your stay perfect! Steakhouse beef fillet steak - the best i have ever had in my entire life!!!!!!! Lara my amazing yoga teacher- fabulous, will hopefully get to do that again in October! Felt like i had know her a life time! The pool - amazing - swam 20 lengths every day - and no sun-bed dramas!! Staff always waiting with Presseco and Latte when i had finished!!😳😂😂🙏 Met the most amazing couple on the journey - Beyonce and Bob the builder! 😜Got engaged under the Stawberrymoon and absolutely wishing them all the happiness for their future together 💙💜💙💜 Travelling solo can be very intimidating but at this resort it is absolutely no problem at all and i feel so welcomed every time I go!🩷💕🩷💕🩷 Cannot wait until October when i will return! Hopefully i haven't left anyone out, if i have i apologise sincerely xx

We have stayed in many five star resorts over the years but Gennadi Resort are an absolute credit to the five stars it boasts. The moment we arrived, in the very early hours of the morning, the "Gennadi machine" swung into action. We were met by the night team who took care of the luggage, sat us down with a glass of fizz and a cool towel, and carried out the check in details. We were then promptly taken in a buggy to our beach front pool room and shown in with a brief run through of the room as it was rather late. Waiting for us in the immaculate room were some snacks, a cake, fruit and a bottle of fizz. Such care and attention made a very good impression and we knew we had made the right choice of hotel. We knew straight away that they cared about our stay. Too many "Gennadi moments" to write down but the housekeeping team were super attentive. The dinning experiences both in the main buffet restaurant and the a'la carte lunch and dinner restaurants were amazing. We were especially pleased with the buffet, as huge care was taken to make sure that only the right amounts were available so everything was both hot and delicious. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and very well maintained. The heartbeat is always the staff and all we came in contact with didn't disappoint. The management team were always available and conducted their teams efficiently and effectively. I have personally written to the management of this wonderful hotel separately to thank them for a great stay and highlighting a few colleagues which stood out for us during our stay. In all our travelling years, I have never done this. However, such care and attention deserves something a little more than a trip advisor review! I would not hesitate in recommending this exceptional hotel and we hope to return again soon.

The most amazing place in Rhodes. Luxury with attentive staff and the best food ever. Fully inclusive you just scan a bra code and your drinks and food arrive at pool and beach. Free champagne and cake on my birthday delivered to our roam.

A lovely hotel for a relaxed holiday. We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a delayed flight our package was All Inclusive plus which included private transfer which was about 1 hr 15mins. Welcomed with a drink and snack before taken to our room. We booked the two bedroom suite with pool and sea view. In the room was snacks a fruit bowl and a bottle of sparkling wine. The rooms are very modern and bright. The beds are very comfortable. My only issue was the outdoors seats were uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have some removable waterproof cushions. We spent most days at our private pool which was fantastic. We have teenage kids who can be very fussy with food. They loved the buffet. The food was amazing. We didn't try any of the other restaurants as the kids were happy. Beach is lovely, although a pebble beach. I would recommend water shoes. Lovely comfortable sunloungers and beach bar. There was no queuing for anything. The hotel didn't feel too busy. The staff were very helpful. Anything we asked for was dealt with promptly. Wished we had stayed longer to do some travelling around. There's not much close by. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would absolutely return in the future.
