Official Description

Located in Benalmadena, in a residential area just 200 m from the beach and Malaga Airport is about 8 km away. This hotel is 2 km from the city centre and its many shops and entertainment areas while the stunning Marina City is only 1 km away. The hotel offers a cosy bar, a souvenir shop, a TV room and a restaurant. The hotel also offers laundry service and the younger guests will be entertained at the kids' club and playground. The hotel boasts a water park, with a lake pool and water games for children. For the younger ones there are two animal-shaped pools, a shark and sea serpent, a mushroom-shaped shower and a tower with two water slides and a splash bucket that will make for an exciting holiday.

Clean hotel, wouldn’t return because of the noise.

Food Breakfast and dinner was nice, we really struggled with the evening meals and found even with all inclusive we were eating out. Drinks Can’t complain, drinks were nice plenty of choice. Cleanliness Hotel was spotless, can’t fault at all Rooms Paper thin walls to the extent where you can hear everything your neighbour is saying/doing. The noise on an evening was horrendous and could go on till 1/2am coming from above and the corridors. We found ourselves absolutely exhausted the next day as neither of us had a decent night sleep the whole time we were there. This really let our stay down and for this reason we would likely to return. Pools The best part, always lots of lifeguards on duty. Entertainment Our daughter loved the mini disco, this was really good for the small children.

Too expensive for what it is!

This "family" hotel only seems to cater for very young children when it came to evening entertainment. Food was ok, never hot, only warm. Best meal was breakfast. No music near the bar area outside, even though there were speakers there. Bar staff were great. Rooms are definitely not family rooms. They should put 2 connecting rooms together and make it a family suite. Always waiting for lifts, which took up a lot of time. Lastly,the hotel is up a hill, so look for something closer to the beach. Would definitely not go back to that hotel, unless they made improvements to the accommodation.

We have just got back from a week's stay some good and bad comments about this hotel food wasn't the best the snack bar was the best but only one person serving was not enough but he did a fantastic job, rooms very basic little ants in them too, alot off time queuing for the lifts we was on the 8th floor entertainment at night wasn't great more for the younger kids then the night entertainment wasn't great either we would not return back to this hotel, cleaners were quite rude was sat on the steps waiting to get picked up and she more a less shoved me out the way so she could clean near the steps also while we was out there it was my sons 6th birthday and also my partners birthday they gave my partner a card and cocktail vouchers but my son didn't get anything not even a card which he was disappointed about we did mention it at reception and they said they would speak to manager but nothing was done on check out we wasn't asked if everything had been OK he just took the key cards, rooms are too small definitely not suited for a family off 4. The bar staff were great 👍

The Los Patos is OK but that's about it. Lifts were the main issue, you could wait forever for a lift at peak times, seems like only 3 for the entire hotel. Restaurant food was ok, not amazing but like everything else with this hotel, OK at best. Queues for everything is common. Snack bar very limited and finding a sunbed if you don't play the early morning sunbed game is impossible. Despite being all inclusive we ended up spending most days out the hotel. Rooms were fine, basic but clean. Don't expect the UK TV channels to work though, the rest do just not the UK ones. Had a few issues with noisy others on the same floor. Staff all very nice though, expecially with the kids in the restaurant. Would I go back? Doubt it.
