This charming beach hotel was renovated in 2007, and offers guests 367 rooms in total. It provides extensive facilities amidst its own pine forest and beside the Mediterranean coast. Excellent but a few minor niggles.

Overall excellent. Resort facilities and golf course are superb. A few minor points (we were on winter deal package);- a. Why limit a visit to the sports arena to two hours? The place was empty. It would have been great to be able to workout and visit the pool. Not a lot else to do when not golfing. b. Only one basket of balls when two golfers....Needs to be one each. c. New spin bike in gym please d. Seems to be common for children to be playing phones / ipad on speakers in restaurants. This is not acceptable and should be dealt with by staff / signs up.

I had reason to visit Gloria Serenity and its golf courses as well as other hotels and courses in the area as part of an inspection visit for my business. Upon arrival at Gloria Serenity I was impressed with the welcome and the general appearance of the hotel and lobby. I immediately got the feeling this was a superb property. This was my first visit to Turkey and Antalya. My room was absolutely fantastic. It was modern, well appointed and my view towards the pool, gardens and ocean was great. Being a newcomer to these parts I did not understand that the mini bar, and all restaurants and bars were “included” - perhaps if I had made the booking myself this would have been fully understood. It would have helped me if the check-in person who met me explained this better. Not a big deal but I think there may be some who are new who don’t fully understand the all inclusive system customary in Antalya. For a touring golf group this is a fantastic offer. As this was an inspection, the Sales and Marketing Supervisor, Mr Hasan Topuz hosted me to a tour of the hotel and golf courses offerings. He could not have been more informative and he provided a great deal of useful information, which was extremely helpful and i thank him for his time spent with me. The quality of offering at Gloria Serenity is 5-star and it was a pity that i could not experience her full potential as there was so much renovation in preparation for the busy summer season. The food in the restaurants is superb and I only have one small criticism in that many of the floor staff do not understand English. However if you need anything you will find someone to get it for you, it may just take a little longer. The hotel and grounds are fantastic and if you are thinking of going on a golf holiday you will find both good value and a selection of world-class golf courses on your doorstep.
