Great hotel, staff and location

Leyla and Osef are the best staff at a hotel I’ve come across. Super helpful, we had an issue with a room that was immediately rectified, felt really welcomed so thank you Leyla!! The rooms themselves are so clean and nice, great facilities, perfect location, we wanted to extend our stay simply to enjoy the hotel for longer. Will definitely be back!

Great hotel

Great hotel, clean and modern with a lovely big pool. Nice location, only a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. We stayed four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was included with our booking and there was a lot to choose from. I’d recommend this hotel.

Unforgettable stay at Krabi

The hotel was strategically located.It is a walking distance to Ao Nang beach.Staffs are friendly and was surprised to find that they could speak Malay.Bed and pillow were comfortable even though I could hear some music at distance bar.Seven Eleven convenient store was near by(only can use credit card if your purchase is exceed 200 Thai Baht).The breakfast was excellent.

Excellent Glow Hotel Krabi

This hotel is amazing and I highly recommend it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly especially a staff called Usof. He was excellent and professional in his works. Amenities and facilities are prefect and rooms are so comfortable. Thanks a lot the manager and all members of the hotel. I wish coming back again in this hotel very soon.

Cheap budget hotel

The room was dirty with mould growing on the blinds, the reception staff helped and the next day got us a new room. Which was still dirty but we are only here four nights so just went with it. The pool gets no sun (which might suit some however not us) the bar staff not very friendly. Hotel not near the centre of Krabi, need to get a tuk tuk which again is fine however not as close as other reviews state. Food in the hotel was great and great value for money. If your after a cheap budget hotel then absolutely a great place to stay, but we booked an island hop and a few cities via a travel agent and only thing I would change would be this hotel.
