This hotel is an absolute joke , we had some issues with our rooms so asked if they could move us , we had good reason , we had a disabled person and was put on a 2nd floor with no lift also had to walk down about 30 steps to get to the room then up steps. they tried saying that Ipek had found us alternative rooms but this is a big LIE , she never helped us at all so we decided to move hotels . The food was awful , not much choice and was only warm , the rooms ...nearly have a bath in the shower where water didnt drain, a/c not working in one room and toilet not flushing , tap held together by tape, had to bang the door hard to get in the room . They do not cater for English and no one apart from Ipek spoke any English, had to use Google translate with everyone else , the staff were rude and we felt uncomfortable being there ,

I like everything about the hotel staff are realny helpful especially guest service was great IPEK was also good she always behaves us in good manner she is doi g her job great food variety was good sea was clean and great i recommend everybody can from the supermarket was also very helpful there is also supermarket insode the hotel

I would avoid this hotel unless you want to waste money, where do I start with this poor standard of hotel. We arrived late so all being tired from travelling we was hoping to get checked in asap and get to our rooms but oh no, the reception team did not understand English we had asked for 2 rooms close to each other which they said yes one floor 1 the other 5 this to me is not close, they then put us in 2 rooms closer together but I use crutches so I must say this is no way disabled friendly up and down numerous flights of steps. When in the room our aircon wasn’t working, the toilet wasn’t flushing, granted they did fix the aircon the toilet attempted repair still wasn’t working. The beds were very low, no kettle in room either. Very run down rooms we were placed in also was some brown water coming out of toilet when did flush. We was told to see manager in morning to try change rooms but this did not happen couldn’t help. The pool I wouldn’t say is the best I’ve been to, steps to get in no rail and all same depth throughout the pool which in my opinion was to deep. Did not try other pool as too busy. Food wasn’t very warm and not much choice and when asked for butter or other things staff didn’t have a clue what we was saying had to use google translate throughout. Ipek (guest relations) came round asked if everything ok etc I explained to her what was wrong but she basically said had a large group coming in so probably wouldn’t be able to change rooms and you get what you pay for here. 2 from our party went to have a chat to her she said she would look at changing us, went to lunch but hadn’t even found any other rooms, she then said she had showed us alternative rooms but we declined them as wanted to move hotels this was infact a lie. It was a Shambles from start to finish in this hotel we only stayed for 1 night as we transferred to another hotel we even got accused by the rep and called liars as didn’t pay for the taxi we got cctv from the new hotel to prove we had paid it. Honestly I would just avoid going here if you are English you will not be looked after or be understood. Ipek is the only one who speaks some English but she will do anything to defend the reputation of the hotel but our experience with her wasn’t good and we got accused of lying. We are not liars just want people to be aware of our personal experience here.
