excellent

31 Aug 2026
We had a very enjoyable stay at Ozkaymak Incekum Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to a beautiful sandy beach, making it a great choice for families. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The food offered a good variety, with different options available every day. The pool, entertainment, and common areas were clean and well organized, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Although there are a few areas that could be improved, the hotel offers great value for money. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant vacation.

Warning: Avoid this hotel at all costs!

31 Aug 2026
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the abysmal service. The reception staff would listen to complaints but take no action whatsoever. The room cleaning was shockingly poor; they seemed to actively avoid cleaning the rooms. We'd call the reception in the morning, give our room number, and request cleaning, to which they'd agree, but nothing would happen. Even when encountering the cleaning staff in the hallways and reminding them to clean room 17xx, our room was still neglected. Our room key cards were constantly malfunctioning, requiring us to get new ones every couple of days. The food was also terrible and monotonous, with no variety – it was the same every single day. Staff primarily spoke Turkish or Russian, and it was clear the hotel prioritized their Russian clientele.

Wonderful stay

31 Jul 2026
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many attractions and public transportation. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would be happy to come back in the future.

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Rooms and Missing Belongings

31 Jul 2026
We chose Özaymak Marina Hotel in Kemer (Ultra All Inclusive) for a vacation as two adults, expecting the standards of a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. On the first day, we were given a very dirty room where neither the TV nor the refrigerator worked. We immediately asked to change rooms, but we had to wait until the following day. To our surprise, the refrigerator in the new room was also broken. When we moved to the new room, the staff told us to take our luggage there even though the room had not yet been cleaned. They said they would clean it and contact us afterward. When we returned from the pool, all of our belongings had disappeared. We immediately reported the situation to the reception. Over the following days, they returned some of our belongings little by little—a few T-shirts, a pair of underwear, and other items—which clearly shows that someone had taken our belongings. However, several items were never returned, including a cap, a pack of socks, and several sleeveless shirts. Even by the time we checked out, we were still missing personal belongings. We also called the police. We were told that the security camera footage would be checked the following morning to identify who had entered our room, but nothing was ever done, and we never received any explanation. Another major disappointment was the Wi-Fi. The hotel advertises internet access, but the Wi-Fi only worked inside the room and at the reception. As soon as you stepped outside the room, the connection disappeared completely. It did not even work on the balcony, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer this service. The food was another major disappointment. It was constantly covered with flies, and if you left your plate uncovered for even a few seconds, flies would immediately land on it. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. The reception staff were extremely unprofessional. While we were trying to explain that our belongings had disappeared from our room, they were talking on the phone instead of helping us and showed no interest in resolving the situation. We never felt that anyone genuinely cared about solving the problem. We paid a significant amount of money for this vacation, but instead we received dirty rooms, broken facilities, missing personal belongings, unreliable Wi-Fi, poor customer service, and very poor hygiene standards. I do not recommend this hotel, and we will definitely never return.

Don’t recommend at all !!!! Avoid avoid avoid

31 Jul 2026
Poți posta acest review pe TripAdvisor: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Our stay at Ozkaymak Incekum Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. When we arrived, we were given a room that was extremely dirty. After we complained, we were moved to another room, but it was also dirty and the refrigerator was broken. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The worst part of our stay was that all of my clothes disappeared from my suitcase during our stay. We immediately informed the hotel management, and the police were called. Despite this very serious incident, we felt that the hotel did very little to help us or to properly investigate what had happened. We were left feeling frustrated, unsafe, and disappointed. A hotel should provide clean rooms, working facilities, and a safe environment for its guests. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in all of these areas. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. We will never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
